NEWS ALERT: Chris Mortenson is on ESPN right now and says Seattle's target is Pete Carrol (USC Head Coach) and that Leslie Frazier decline Seattle because he felt is was just to meet the ROONEY Rule

So within 1 hour of Jim Mora being fired... Seattle has managed to reach out to HC candidates AND they don't even have a General Manager? Maybe Frazier decline because he looks at them and theres no GM, or maybe its just speculation.

I love how Adam Schefter is talking about Cowher being a good option for Seattle.... But on Monday he said his sources close to Cowher told him that "Cowher isnt going to be coaching in 2010" Contradicting himself much? He has been looking like a fool all week with reports from Marty Schottenheimer saying that "Cowher in Buffalo is very much an option" when he was on Sirius radio yesterday and Marty doesn't make things up and especially when he is friends with Cowher. Then this morning Cowher's Pittsburgh Colleagues where quoted saying "Bills and Cowher very much a reality." Looks like Schefter has no clue what his talking about when it comes to Cowher

No they are related... when you lose creditabliy other Sports Media will be informed of such news first. Glazer is a more trusted Reporter so he is being told things before Schefter and Mortenson and Clayton are informed... As evident as this off season.. Glazer has broke more stories than Mortenson and Schefter combined. While Schefter, Clayton and Mortenson get frustrated and sit back and speculate and pass it off as real sources telling them information. Not too many things they have said this off season have been came to be true. Like Schefter claiming his sources close to Cowher told him that Cowher isnt interested in coaching anymore because only the Bills job is open.. Now at least 3-4 sources have said different Like Mortenson claiming his sources telling him that Shanahan (if im not mistaken) was going to be taken the Kansas City job Like Mortenson and both Schefter claimed that Mangini was going to be fired. Like Schefter claiming his sources said John Fox was on his way out Im sure you get the pattern.....

ESPN reported this almost 20 minutes AFTER Jay Glazer and FOX Sports did. ESPN seems to be losing insight and sources. FOX and Glazer have reported almost if not all of this off seasons top stories first. Maybe thats why Schefter and Mortenson have only been speculating whats going to happen. And Glazer has been breaking news stories after news stories. I guess thats what happens when ESPN takes a story and twist it around time after time. Seem to be losing alot of credibility

What Sirius channel and what program was on? The Jets are in the Playoffs and he cant be interviewed till the Jets are eliminated... And if you listen to other reports who have talked to the Bills, the Bills have an idea who they want and are close to naming their Head Coach... if they are close to naming their HC then Brian Schottenheimer isn't even in the running.

Your kidding me right? Suh dominated opposing o-lines all season and has done it for the past 2 1/2 seasons. No way his draft stock fell because Texas o-line may have appeared weak last night. He will never in a million years fall all the way to #9 Alabama also has a very good DT by the name of Terrence Cody and a very good LB by the name of Rolando McClain that can dominate any opposing O-line.
