Nothing helps recruiting like landing a top 5 recruit! Let’s hope things work out where we get him for at least a year. I know things can change, but he sounds like he’s pretty loyal to the ‘Cuse coaching staff. I think there is a chance that he reclassifies to 2021. We’ll see.

Wow! I didn’t see this one coming. I knew Dior was a priority recruit, but I didn’t really think we had a chance. This is huge. Sounds like Gerry was instrumental in his recruitment.

I just finished S1. I gave up after the first 4 or 5 episodes. It got boring to me. My wife convinced me to watch the rest of S1 and I’m glad she did. Not a great show, but good. I’ll give S2 a chance. The finale of S1 was very well done, IMO.

My wife finally twisted my arm and convinced me to watch the last 4 episodes of You on Netflix. I’ll admit, I was tuned out but the last 2-3 episodes were pretty good. A lot of stuff was revealed at the end which made the character, Joe, make sense to me. The finale was particularly good, and I appreciated the way they tied up all the loose ends. I think I’ll give S2 a chance...

I read the first paragraph and kind of felt bad for the guy. Probably just some lonely guy, riding his bike back to his lonely home with a cheeseburger. Saw the opportunity to get a little lovin. Then I read the sex offender part. Immediately lost sympathy.

I remember my dad kissing me on the cheek when I was a little kid, but I think that ended early on. I still give my son (10) a kiss on the forehead every night before bed. Not sure how much longer he’ll be cool with that, but I’m sure he’ll let me know ?

Oh yeah! This one would definitely be in my top 3. Love the stories of his childhood.

Fantastic Lies, the story of the Duke Lacrosse team rape scandal is great. Gut wrenching stuff.

I like the flappers, but the only place in town that has decent wings won’t accommodate. Definitely has to be extra crispy...almost overly done and sauced lightly. I enjoy wings that are fried and then grilled lightly. Mostly a mild/medium guy, but I do enjoy some different “exotic” flavors such as mango habanero or honey/garlic every once in a while. Most will scoff at this, but I like blue cheese and ranch with my wings. Depends on the type of wings and my mood, I guess.

I doubt Beane will spend big bucks on the TE position. This seems like the type of move that I anticipated. Good mentor for Knox and Sweeney.

Henry Ruggs or bust!

We interviewed this young lady for a special educator position last Wednesday. She is a new teacher, but had a pretty impressive resume in terms of her education/internship/related work experience. There were 5 of us on the interview panel including our superintendent, so it was a pretty intense atmosphere. Anyway, this girl walks in and immediately begins stammering and turns red as a tomato. I think she actually had a panic attack. Anyway, my superintendent discontinued the interview after only a few questions when it was clear that this poor girl was not doing well. Poor girl...

Just send him some chicken soup and sprite.

What he’s doing to that little man with the pig tails sitting next to him looks illegal...
