  1. RAK traded to Indiana for a 2nd round pick in 2016. Signs 4 year 4.5 million contract (2 million guaranteed). Good news for the big fella!
  2. Haha...that's pretty cool. Will definitely come prepared.
  3. Yeah, I heard that players and coaches sometimes hang out at the Pittsford Pub. I might check that place out.
  4. Einhorn is Finkle! Finkle is Einhorn!
  5. Gracias! Good to know. I rarely carry cash on me. Gosh, I haven't been to Abbotts in 25 years. I might have to take the boy there. Speaking of food, any "can't miss" places to eat near TC?
  6. Hey guys...Big Gulps, huh? Well, see you later!
  7. Agreed, but if the little buggers can't get their act together, they should be removed from the restaurant and receive a consequence. That also is teaching.
  8. I completely disagree. There is a lot more substance to his material than you give him credit for. What happened? Did Kevin Hart pee pee in your Cheerios this morning? I think he is one of the better comedians out there right now.
  9. I think Kevin Hart does great stand up comedy. He is friggin hilarious IMO. Not such a huge fan of his movies though. All right, all right, all right!!!! You gonna learn today!!
  10. Just got my 4 tickets emailed to me for Monday 8/3's night session. Got them for free through Dunn Tire. Anyway, are any of you knuckleheads going to be there? I will be going with my 5 year old son. Also, any suggestions for a TC first timer (i.e., when to get there, where to park, money for parking/shuttle, concessions, best times/places to get autographs, etc...). Thanks!!
  11. I have children, and I completely agree with you. My son does amazing at restaurants, and we've been taking him out to eat with us since he was around 1. My daughter, on the other hand, is a complete terror. We know better than to bring her to a restaurant. These people with screaming babies in restaurants make me want to smack them in the forehead with a tack hammer.
  12. One of the few establishments where a screaming child would go relatively unnoticed.
  13. I think it's NDBUFFCUSEFAN
  14. Kids are kids. Some are more challenging than others. I have been fortunate to have two fairly well behaved kids, but I'm not going to pretend that there haven't been moments where I want to sell them to the gypsies. True story. Near the tail end of an epic flight from Syracuse to Fairbanks, AK my son (then 2) was losing his mind. We tried everything from music to toys to walking him up and down the aisle. He was seated next to me on my wife's lap and spontaneously slapped her across the face. Horrified, she handed him to me and I sat him on my lap. He then looked me in the eyes, slapped me in the face, and screamed Daddy d**k head!" It was took every fiber of my being to resist laughing.
  15. An incident like throwing knives at other customers and screaming, or an incident like a little pouting and foot stomping?
  16. of her riding a manta ray stoned out of her gourd. She did all this whilst
  17. Of course. I wouldn't drag my kid out of a restaurant for a 5 minute "incident." I would, however, leave the restaurant if my child was screaming and carrying on after a couple attempts at redirection. Fortunately, I have never had to do this. I did this all the time as a waiter. It's amazing what a little cup of maraschino cherries can do (for my tip as well).
  18. Yeah, and if you can't handle it you ask to have your food packed up/order cancelled, and then you take your kids home. Impolite, IMO, to let your kid throw a fit in a restaurant and ruin everyone else's meal. I was familiar with the junkie. He was my neighbor.
  19. Would you let the woman in the link fart in your dinner?

  21. I am not sure about my pancake thing, but my impression is that the restaurant owner was irritated that the people ordered a menu item, for a very hungry child, that takes a long time to cook. Therefore, the child was left screaming while waiting. Also, what 2 year old eats a full order of pancakes? My daughter will be 2 in November, and when I make pancakes she might have 5-6 pieces and some fruit. My son was the same way. Also, as a parent of 2 children I know that it is a necessity when you go out to eat to bring snacks (ie., cheerios, raisins) for them to chew on while we are waiting for food. Sounds here like the patrons were complete dolts, and the owner may have gone a little over the the top out of frustration.
  22. If you have children who don't do well in restaurants, or don't plan on tending to your fussy child in a restaurant, order out or get take-out like the rest of us you ignorant, self-centered morons. Edit: If I were the restaurant owner I would have asked the parents to leave...not yell at the child.
  23. My bank always has free cookies, and the tranny bank teller is very nice.
