Yeah, you get a bunch of boring sex for 2 days out of the month. Nothing screams sexy like fertility monitoring!! -

Having kids kills your sex life. Being married does not. Unless, of course, you married the wrong gal. -

Sorry for stealing your thunder Clipp, but I need some professional financial assistance. Having the summer off, my reading habits have gotten out of control. Anyway, I have accrued $1.45 in late fees at the local library. I don't want to tell the wife, as I will probably have to sleep on the couch for a week. Any advice? -

Trade Idea. Fred Jackson
Johnny Hammersticks replied to offyourocker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can't say for certain, but I suspect that FJax is making the 53. The guy is just too versatile and valuable. Not to mention the riots... A late round pick for Fred, at this point, would be a slap in the face to Fred and a stain on the organization. -
I honestly don't recall specifically. I just remember him doing well against Kyle Williams a couple times I peaked his way. On running plays is where RI is the most fun to watch, IMO. He absolutely crushes linebackers. No regard for his personal well being...haha. Honestly, the first team offensive line all looked pretty solid. The defensive line got their pressures, but that is to be expected. As I posted earlier, Cyrus was beaten very badly by Mario during the first 11-11 series (the QB would have been murdered). Immediately following that play, Cyrus was pulled in favor of Henderson who had a very solid evening. Cyrus returned and also looked very, very solid for the rest of the practice. I've never seen a human that large move that quickly. We really have a battle going on at RT.

I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I do feel like a lot of the stuff he reports loses meaning without appropriate context. This became more apparent as I followed him live while watching practice. He reports the highlights and the lowlights, but rarely the surrounding circumstances. One glaring example was when he tweeted about "the play of the night" the long pass from TT to SW. A few guys behind me were also having a laugh at the Tweet because it was clear that, if it were a real game, TT would have been destroyed by KW on the play. Again, no one seemed to have much success when the first team D was on the field. It just wasn't fair for the offense (and I loved it). The next time one of those guys tweets about "EJ did this terrible" or "Cassell did this great" it should come with information about who was on the field for the defense. EJ is remarkably better than the other three from an "arm talent" perspective. TT is second in that department. Cassell just throws an ugly, ugly ball IMHO.

I was at TC tonight. Some thoughts... EJ looked very good tonight. I'm not sure where he stands in the pecking order, but he is clearly the best "thrower" of the lot. He made several very good long throws tonight. That one that was dropped by Thigpen was a shame. Tyrod was okay. He made some good throws and some terrible throws. Perhaps Cassell and Simms were so bad it made him look decent by contrast. Cassell throws like a girl...I'm sorry. His deep throws are wobbly and float. No...just please no. Simms was bad. I have nothing to say about him because he was so forgettable. No quarterback...I repeat...no quarterback had much success against the first defense. They are just scary. In fact, during that Taylor to Watkins long TD that everyone is gushing about, Kyle Williams beat his guy immediately and would definitely have sacked him. Kyle literally stood there for 1.5 seconds before Tyrod threw the ball. Sammy did some things out there that made my jaw drop. This is the first time I have seen him live, and I was amazed at his talent. Clearly the most talented player on the football field. He had his way with Gilmore too. Ronald Darby was also very, very impressive. I don't think there was a single time where he was beat. I will say, however, that he might be a little too physical after 5 yards. He is going to have to clean up the bumping and hand fighting. Where is Charles Clay? He looks good in those Bills colors out there, but I'd like to see him make some plays. It was tough to judge the offensive line, although I will say that Wood seemed to be the weak link. A lot of pressure up the middle. Kujo got beat badly by Mario early in practice, but tightened his game up and looked good after that. I keyed in on Incognito a lot and he was just destroying people out there. He plays angry. Percy Harvin was invisible, Woods was all over the place making catches, and Thigpen (other than the drop) seemed to have a good night. Finally, Bryce Brown fumbled....yes. Otherwise, he ran the ball very effectively. I guess that just is who he is. Karlos Wiliams impressed me. He runs very decisively, hits the hole quick and hard, and seems very fast. It was tough to get autographs tonight because there were so many people. Thank you to Ty Powell and Tony Steward for signing my son's football. We were behind like 3 rows of people, and both took a lot of time to sign for just about everyone. Go Bills!!!

Leodis? Time to be worried?
Johnny Hammersticks replied to Franchiseneedsme's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hmmm...I disagree. IMO, prior to his injury, Leodis was arguably the best CB on the field for Buffalo last season. He has come a long way...largely due to Donnie Henderson. -

FYI...brand new Lifeproof cases on EBay for 42.99 free shipping. Basically makes your phone indestructible, and doesn't add bulk like the Otter or other cases. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=181818506442&globalID=EBAY-US -
Matt Simms has good chance to make team
Johnny Hammersticks replied to mead107's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You should put down the glue rag. Chance to start? Simms is a long shot to make the 53. With all the roster spots needed for WR/RB/TE Buffalo is only going to keep 2 QB's...one on the PS. -

Spend 90 bucks on a Lifeproof case and cancel the insurance.
