  1. Obviously no way they pay for both Incognito and Mack, but this would be cool with me.
  2. Everyone and their sister claims to be a mixed martial arts fighter these days. I'd take my chances.
  3. My wife made "cauliflower rice" the other night, and it didn't taste like cauliflower or rice. Amazing.
  4. Don't hate on Ritchie. He was one of the best interior linemen in the league last season, and deserves just compensation. Business is business, and you can't blame him for seeking his best deal. I still think they will get a deal done.
  5. Love Bilas. Classy move.
  6. If we don't re-sign Levitre and Byrd I am so done with this team.
  7. I didn't like this either. G certainly generated some offense, as usual, but he was wildly inconsistent last night protecting the ball. I can't stand watching him play point guard. I also would have called a time out there and drew up a shot off a screen. I don't mind G taking the final shot, but not in that crazy fashion.
  8. They also need Coleman to stay out of foul trouble. UNC is a beast in the paint. Roberson needs to find his testicles.
  9. Good, must win against a pretty poor ACC team. Great senior night for Mike G., and pretty solid games from Richardson and Lydon. Also DC2 with a good defense/rebounding day against BJ Anya. Where in the world was Trevor Cooney today, and Roberson MIA again. I guess JB wasn't kidding around about Roberson. This team drives me crazy.
  10. What's the "run down" on Paxton Lynch for those who know him better than I? Seems like there's a chance he will be there at 19. Thoughts?

  12. I remember this game from 1st grade. "I know something you don't know...nana nana boo boo!"
  13. Shower boy's special needles.
  14. If that kid thinks he is getting any of my cosmic brownies now, he is in for a rude awakening. Seriously though...here in Vermont educators just naturally assume that most parents are using/growing marijuana. It is so common. I only really get worried when I hear about "Mommy's special needles" or "Daddy's special science lab" in the garage, or the "pizza man who hides under the bed when I wake up."
  15. It's a jungle out there man.
  16. Interesting how a witness describes "creamy white thighs" when describing the man.
  17. Really? Because my friend's Sister dated him briefly while he played for Carolina, and she claims that he is a raving lunatic. Stopped seeing him because she was afraid of him. I don't know for sure...just what I was told.
  18. We try to expose my son, who recently turned 6, to as many sports as possible. If he chooses to sign up for a sport, he has to at least finish out the season. The only "sport" he has decided not to play anymore is karate, as it became boring to him. He still plays soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and hockey. This was his first year of organized hockey, and he did quite well and has been selected to be on the travel team next year. He loves it so I am supportive. I always make sure to tell him before every practice/game "I love you....have fun and do your personal best." I have witnessed some pretty atrocious incidents at hockey practice this year. One Father in particular, who has one son that plays D-1 hockey and another on his way to prep-school to play hockey, is really hard on his youngest son to perform well. The poor kid is 8 years old, and he is not particularly coordinated or athletically gifted. He tries his best, but he is clearly not amongst the best players on his team. I have witnessed this Father verbally berating his son for playing poorly, and on several occasions has been mildly physically abusive (i.e., slap to the back of the head, kick in the butt). It really makes me feel sorry for this kid. No matter how hard he tries he will always be a "failure" in his Father's eyes based on what his siblings have accomplished. Gug's you should check out the documentary Trophy Kids on Netflix. The parents are pretty over-the-top, but it is a good illustration of what you're talking about.
  19. Agreed 100% I've seen JB go after the media and other coaches, but I have never seen him so blatantly attack one of his players. That conversation should take place behind closed doors (and probably already has).
  20. Boeheim's comments were inappropriate and stupid, but I can understand why he is not playing Roberson. JB wants him to attack the hoop and he just has not been aggressive enough. I have been very frustrated watching Roberson since the Duke game because I know he is capable of so much more offensively. Not having him out there is killing us, and in order to justify playing time he needs to put points on the board (at least attack the basket and draw fouls).
  21. You're an intelligent and a hemaphrodite poster. I respect you a great deal.
  22. I've never, ever hit a girl, but I would have punched that one right in the snot locker as hard as I could.
  23. What was she like in the sack?
  24. Onuaku is a beast. Pretty tough to defend against the guy with Tyler Lydon who drew him for most of the game. I was hoping this game would be a good measuring stick for Coleman's progress, but I guess he just isn't ready for whatever reason. The freshmen looked like freshmen, and Howard played significant minutes without much offense (I also think JB has him on a leash). It has been a good run, but I think this team was due for a down game, and Don Pitino know how to play Syracuse. Tough game to watch.
