  1. My hometown too. I was at Prison City this past Saturday night. So nice to see that they're doing some great things downtown, and Prison City Brewery is a really nice place. Strangely, I have never tried their beer. Pretty solid food there too.
  2. Stranger Things is a really, really cool show. If Spielberg and Steven King did a project together, this is what it would look like. Love the 80's vibe, and it's pretty intense at times. I'm through episode 6. Probably watch the final 2 tomorrow. I enjoy this show.
  3. Wrong message board, Ryan. Get to the free clinic.
  4. Just saw this. Good contingency signing in the event that Ragland's injury is serious. Zack Brown and he would compliment each other nicely.
  5. I actually tried a caffeinated "espresso stout" at a brewfest I went to recently in Stowe, VT. It was delicious. I was telling my wife that it would be even better with a floater of Baileys or something similar. Kind of like drinking an iced coffee. Would be great for gameday mornings. II will try to find the brewery that makes it.
  6. He certainly "looked the part" when I saw him at TC, and it seems like the coaches are giving him every chance to prove himself.
  7. Greg Hardy is a scumbag. I know from personal experience (I'd rather not get into). I'd rather they bring in Charles Manson to play DE/OLB.
  8. A people pleaser. His avatar of Kate Upton is sexually appealing for all the fatty-fat pig chasers on TSW.
  9. Any IPA drinkers try that Founders All Day IPA? It's pretty good. Great taste of an IPA and you can drink them all day long.
  10. Has "spinner" rims he bought from Walmart on his Dodge Neon.
  11. Manhattans are like boobs. One is not enough, and three are too many.
  12. There are 8 of them, it appears. http://www.gotastewine.com/ak-wineries.php
  13. Depends where you are going in Alaska. Alaskan Beer Company products (Juneau) can be found all over the state. Their Icy Bay IPA is pretty delicious. In Anchorage, visit the Glacier Brewhouse Restaurant and enjoy their wide variety of craft beers. In the Denali National Park, the 49th State Brewing Company is very solid. And in Fairbanks, just about 15 miles to the north in Fox is the Silver Gulch Brewery. If all else fails...Jack Daniels, Jim Beam and Jameson.
  14. That cooler you describe sounds interesting. I had a horrible time finding Brooklyn Summer here in VT. Ended up bringing back 5 cases that I bought while home in CNY. Pretty soon we'll start to see pumpkin beers on the shelves. So frustrating.
  15. I tend to be fairly consistent in my summer drinking. Although there is some fluctuation from year to year, I usually find a few different summer cocktails/beers and stick with them. This summer I'm drinking gin and grapefruit, vodka and blood orange Sanpellegrino (so tasty), and for beer I've been drinking Brooklyn Summer and Lagunitas Down Low Ale. What are you y'all sippin on this summer?
  16. ...and what exactly did you do to help the cause, good sir?
  17. I love the summer olympics. Especially track/field, gymnastics, and swimming. I am legitimately concerned, however, about the safety and well-being of these athletes. I think some crazy schitt is gonna go down.
  18. Karlos Williams is rumored to have been on MSG.
  19. IIRC, those teams during the super bowl years didn't win too many preseason games. 0-4....championship!
  20. No, I skimmed the article and jumped to false conclusions. I'm sorry. She does look like a nerd though. I wonder if they actually caught anyone who came to search for that Pokemon?
  21. I would say yes, Taylor is better than Tannehill.
  22. If you don't like the thread, don't post here. Simple as that...
  23. Interesting take re: Bush/Powell. I could totally see Reggie getting cut in favor of Powell who, IMO, has really looked good. I guess it may come down to who is the better punt returner.
  24. Ha! That is good stuff right there. You're under arrest, nerd!
  25. FWIW...Groy subbed for Wood during 11:11's when Wood had to run his lap for false start. I see Gilly ahead of Wilder for RB depth.
