  1. The nurse scene. Holy $&@? that freaks me out every time.
  2. The Exorcist 3, without a doubt, is the scariest movie I have ever seen.
  3. Agreed...Gronk's injury looks worse than described. Not having he AND Marsha is killing their offense.
  4. 1-15 First pick in the draft. Boom!
  5. This isn't a democracy...around here. More of an oligarchy led by the destitute and the criminally insane.
  6. Yeah, I haven't tried Priceline yet. I think that's my next direction. Thanks all.
  7. Indeed. Granted, Brady has had the luxury of a pretty solid o-line in recent years. This year's edition looks pretty "spotty." It will be interesting to see if Brady can make them look better.
  8. Funny. A good coach friend of mine, who is a HUGE Red Sox fan, said nearly this exact same thing to me this weekend. Not nearly as eloquently as you, of course. I had to cope with his heavy Baaaaahstun accent.
  9. I don't think we can assume that Brady alone will guarantee that the pats go 15-1 and prance through the playoffs to title town. I see an aggressive defense with a solid front 7 that is vulnerable in the secondary. They can be exploited if your offensive line wins in the trenches. Ours did that yesterday without question. On offense, we really don't know what we're facing until Marsha is back. I will say, however, that I have watched all 4 of their games now and they are horrible at pass protection. Their offensive line is trash. Brady is going to be running for his life if he can't consistently release the ball in 1.7 seconds. Maybe he can....? Also, what's up with Gronk? He doesn't look like himself. Clearly a significant, and nagging hamstring injury.
  10. Yes, but when the ball carrier is clearly headed out of bounds you let him go. Maybe give him a shove. Not worth risking an injury on that play, IMO.
  11. Coincidentally, the NE game is pretty much a Bills fan's Super Bowl as well. We just won the Super Bowl!
  12. Man, you just beat me to it. I can picture the OP now.... "Wow, really?! Did you see Gilmore dive shoulder first into Blount on that meaningless tackle when Blount was just going out of bounds anyway? He didn't even need to hit him. He's a me-first player, and I want him off this team! Well, even though he's been nearly lights-out in coverage for 3-4 games this season. Get the pitchforks!!!"
  13. I don't know if he is "platinum" or not...lol.
  14. This is an odd question. No I don't believe he is a salad condiment, or a stuffing made with cubed bread, savory vegetables, chicken stock, and spices. I bet he is active today though.
  15. I agree. Throw the ball and throw it frequently. I don't think we're going to "ground and pound" against this Pats defense. They are very solid against the run, and Jamie Collins is a scary man. I see this as a good barometer for Lynn's adaptability in his game planning.
  16. Not yet. It's been a crazy weekend. Edit: My B-I-L has accumulated a zillion Marriott rewards points from work travel, and offered to book me a room for free. Well, he tried a few hotels yesterday and all of them had my dates "blacked out" for purchase with reward points. He's looking into it.
  17. What happens in New York City.....
  18. Sal Capaccio tweeted that he saw Clay after practice, with a helmet on, catching passes from the jugs machine.
  19. We should come out with 8 defensive tackles, the Brown brothers playing CB, and Jerry Hughes playing safety. Really phuck with their heads.
  20. Gotta get hits on him and do it early. Jeannine Garappolo is a Nancy boy.
  21. I hear ya. I have the money to spend and I'm not a tight wad. That's not the problem. If I were traveling with my wife I would spend whatever on a hotel room. Sign me up for the Waldorf Astoria if that's what she wants. The issue is I'm traveling with a buddy of mine. It's a friend who likes to drink, drink, drink some more, go to the strip joint, get something to eat, and then start drinking again. We will be in the hotel room to sleep only, and we won't be sleeping much in NYC. I just can't see spending $500 a day on something I'm not going to use. I've stayed at the Pennsylvania Hotel before. It's pretty skeevey, but I'm not above it. I've heard they have a huge problem with bed bugs though. Obviously you came away unscathed....
  22. I'm sorry, but how can you blame Whaley for Sammy's injury? When healthy, SW was clearly one of the most talented WR's in the league. Imagine if he had Brady or Brees throwing to him... It was a good pick.
  23. A friend recommend the Chelsea Savoy Hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, and I can get a room for around 210/per night. About 8-10 blocks from MSG. Anyone ever stay here?
  24. Thanks man. I'll do some research. I agree about Times Square, BTW. Cheesy tourist trap.
