  1. Boeheim is ruining this team. I feel blasphemous in saying this, but I think it will be time for him to step aside after the season. The really bad part about this is that recruits/grad transfers see how JB treats his players. Tyler Roberson has been completely destroyed by JB. I fear Battle and Howard are not too far behind. They just look lost out there. No intensity, no anger, no happiness....no emotion. The saddest part about this year's team is that I honestly believe the talent is there. I don't want to put all of this on JB, but it is getting difficult to look in the other direction all the time.
  2. I just clicked on that link, and I think I might lose my job
  3. Buffalo has more offensive touchdowns than every team in the NFL with the exception of New Orleans and Atlanta. They're doing something right. Tyrod has had his hiccups, but essentially he is doing what they are asking him to do. His contract is actually quite cap friendly for a NFL starting QB. I think we will regret it if we just cut ties with him at the end of the season. Also, drafting QB's is such a crap shoot. For every Derek Carr, there are ten Blaine Gabberts. I'm not saying we shouldn't draft a QB in '17, but hang on to the known commodity until we draft a QB that is better.
  4. No, just one kind of truffle.
  5. Bortles and James? Really? Have you been living in a secure bomb shelter, cut off from society since August? Bortles has been painfully bad this season. His throwing mechanics are so jacked up...he begins his throwing motion at his ankles. For those wanting Tyrod to restructure his already cap friendly contract...watch him laugh at Whaley and Overdorf, go to Denver and win a ring. Yeesus help me!
  6. First, Romo would cost us a fortune. Second, his spine is held together by bubble gum and duct tape. No way.
  7. Fire Tyrod and his brother Sammy. Trade Rex and Doug Whaley. Make Jim Overdorf the director of scouting, and make Russ Brandon the QB coach.
  8. I went to the Black Iron Burger in midtown Manhattan a couple weeks ago. It was a mushroom-truffle burger. Some fancy shrooms, truffle slices, thick cut bacon, and slices of black truffle. 11$ with a load of great french fries. Maybe the best burger I have ever eaten.
  9. Roberson is firmly in the JB doghouse. He's a horrible free throw shooter, and a below average shooter. What was keeping him on the court was his rebounding and defense. He isn't doing well at either this season, unfortunately. Remember when Roberson had that sick rebounding game against Duke last year? Like 18-20 rebounds? Man, I think Boeheim ruined this kid.
  10. Probably steel from Mexico. I got a nice set of Henckels as a best man gift. Very solid knives.
  11. Man, Taurean Thompson is going to be scary good. All the qualities that the NBA looks for in a power forward. I hope he is able to fly under the radar for this year. Nice to see Battle knock down some shots, and I liked what I saw from Gillon. This team boggles my mind. It's the inconsistency with shooting, but most importantly the inconsistency in intensity/confidence. They look like world beaters against E. Michigan, but look like doo doo against fringe tourney teams like South Carolina. If I could pick a starting line-up entering conference play I would pick Gillon, Battle, AW3, Lydon, DC2/Thompson. Hopefully Lydon's injury is not serious. Achilles injuries scare me.
  12. Retain Tyrod. I don't see any realistic options in FA, and we have other, more pressing needs (e.g., safety, WR, OT, ILB) in the draft and in FA. If the defense is playing as it should be, Tyrod can win games with the right offensive scheme.
  13. Anyone who watched him play last year for the Broncos knew this was a ridiculous move by the Texans.
  14. Agreed, free throw shooting was terrible. Not the only reason we lost, but a big one. Turnovers and being crushed on the boards once again didn't help. Frank Howard, especially in the second half, was giving the ball away like he hated it.
  15. Barf? You sick bastard.
  16. Lip ring. Ewww.
  17. CK is disabled. He can't shuffle his feet to his right. Orthopedic issue.
  18. Howard was flat out bad in the second half. Must have had 5 or 6 turnovers; at least 3 that were really bad. I give Gillon points for hustle, and he has the quickness to get in the paint, but he struggles to finish. I'm guessing in part due to his size. Gillon needs to develop that Josh Pace 8 foot floater and he will be the man. Battle needs to get minutes. He may be the most talented player on the team...just raw. They need to let him make mistakes and play through them. Lydon looked the part of a NBA first rounder today. He was a beast on the boards and showed some range. Seems like he's trying to get the other guys pumped up. We need that.
  19. Battle and Roberson! What the hell is going on? I get that Roberson has been awful, and thus they're going smaller with 2 guards and AW3 at small forward. What has Battle done? He looks so dejected and tentative out there. Sometimes I question JB's motivational tactics.
  20. Well, Tyler Lydon showed up. Boeheim starting Gillon/Howard and benching Battle. Thompson getting important minutes over DC2. Still can't hit shots, play defense, or hit free throws. I will say the half court offense was a little better. Some movement out there finally. The press looked better and forced GTown into some sloppy play there at the end. That's all I got...laid another egg on Pearl's day. Bummer.
  21. Hate to break it to you man, but the "duck lips ass-out" selfie pose is also popular amongst the 20-40 somethings. Disgusting behavior that it is...
