TBH, I don’t think any of them are great, but UPL is def better than the other 2 and the team seams to have embraced him. UPL also started playing better when he started getting more consistent starts. I hope this “shift” doesn’t hinder our progress.

I was betting MMA for a while, and I was tracking my bets. Allowed myself a $500 “bankroll” and tracked by units bet. I was doing pretty well, but had a couple bad “events.” About a month ago I gave up sports betting, or at least taking a break. Not bc I was losing loads of $, but bc I was investing too much time researching the fights. I did go on a hot streak live-betting NHL games last season though. I went on a burner one week and was up like $2200. Ended up cashing out ~$1300 when I quit betting.

The two plays in question were definitely “dirty” plays. Taron getting his head and neck slammed into the turf, and then Hutchinson’s blatant attempt to roll up on JA’s ankles. Both plays that def should have been flagged.

I was in Chicago for a work training this past summer, and I had one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. I met up with a friend who lives there and he insisted we try this place. I believe it was located in the Lincoln Park area, but not 100% sure. It was at this place called DMK Burger Bar. Grass fed bison patty cooked med, goat cheese, bacon, pickled red onions, and this delicious (but subtly sweet) blueberry BBQ sauce. It was absolutely outstanding and well balanced. They have a great selection of shakes too. The fries were good but not spectacular.

What is wrong with me? My parents allowed me to eat breakfast cereal containing red dye whilst I was a growing boy. Oh, that and the drugs.

They need to make a move for a legit top 4 defenseman to pair with Power. Another vet depth defender and a goalie might not hurt down the stretch. I hope Adams makes moves to improve this team. Our top 2 lines are a PROBLEM for most teams.

I can barely afford to attend a regular season home game.

Just finished White Lotus S2 last night. It was very good, but the storyline about the two couples became sort of tedious and annoying. Loved how things ended for Tanya and Portia. The young British kid, Dillon, was a really interesting (and sort of dark) character. Also, the twist at the end with the 2 prostitutes was well done. I think I enjoyed S1 more, but still an excellent season.
