  1. Jalen Carey, Darius Bazley and Buddy Boeheim makes for a very strong '18 recruiting class. Job well done by JB and crew on the recruiting trail, and there's still a good chance we land PF Nate Roberts next week. Let's hope Hop doesn't win out again and he goes to UW. Good things on the horizon for SU hoops.
  2. The wife grills some kind of gluten-free flat bread, and has some disgusting soybean cheese that she tries to melt on top but it doesn't really melt. She's a good sport.
  3. I'm 1-4 now. Lost Carson and Cook and only lost this past week's matchup by .3 points amazingly. I picked up Lacy off waivers, and I still have Gillislee, Mixon, and Blount. My WR's are trash though. Jordy Nelson is my only good one. I though Brandon Marshall was going to soar this year, but he has been on my bench the past couple weeks in favor of guys like Tyrell Williams and Allen Hurns. I am really starting to dislike FF.
  4. We usually do our pizzas on the grill. We buy the "fresh made" dough at Price Chopper. Grill the dough on both sides first, and then add the toppings and turn the grill down to low. Makes em nice and crispy like I prefer. I like mine simple. Some good olive oil, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil....salt and pepper. The kids prefer tomato sauce, shredded mozz, pepperoni, and black olives (my son loves the olives). My wife is gluten/dairy free, so I don't know what the hell she eats.

  6. My HS math teacher used to blow dry his donger all stretched out in the locker room after his workout. Call me a snowflake for thinking little boys shouldn't swim naked together in front of adult teachers...that Schitt is just wrong. Sometimes a little body shame is a good thing, IMO.
  7. You used to sniff the bathing suits? Ewwwww.
  8. Swaby's is the bar with the electric chair. I believe it was used at Auburn Prison way back in the day. Cool spot. Yeah, Andy actually used to live upstairs from me way back in the day. My father rented the apartment downstairs, and his family owned the building. He was one of the nicest kids I ever met, honestly. Pretty damn good HS quarterback too. There was a homecoming game vs West Genny...Andy injured his leg in the final minutes and a couple of his linemen carried him down the field as he finished the game winning drive on one leg. You should ask him about that. Great dude.
  9. I know Andrew.
  10. Bwahahahaha!!! I need that shirt.
  11. Yes, Ma'am. Born in Rochester, but lived in Auburn since I was 3. Owasco Lake is beautiful. Auburn city, especially downtown, has come a long, long way since I moved away in 2004. Still very much a prison town though.
  12. It doesn't happen anymore. Can you imagine? Haha.
  13. Graduated in '97. Auburn High School. Always wore swim trunks when we went for swimming lessons at the YMCA. Went every year for a couple week during elementary school. My varsity sports teams always showered together after practices and games. Kids don't do that anymore these days.

  15. Hey, I tried to tell my friend to chill with Brillo. I swear! I feel like I've done a good job with my son. My daughter on the other hand is a menace. There is nothing I can do about her. She's a meanie.
  16. I was 17 years old, dude.

  18. I don't think anything happened to either of them. My friend, I believe, was too embarrassed to report what happened, and no teachers witnessed what happened. Brillo-Head won on that day.
  19. That cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee shall be etched in my memory forever. And yes, cream and sugar.
  20. When I was a senior in HS, we always hung out near the student parking lot entrance before home room. My friend, for some reason, always had to bust this one kid's stones every morning on his way into school. The kid had really curly short hair, and my friend called him Brillo-head. After a while it got old, and we all told him to leave the kid alone. He didn't listen. So there we were one random morning and the kid walks in the door and my buddy says "hey f$&@ you Brillo-head!" Brillo walks over with a large Dunkin Donuts coffee, pulls the top off, and throws scalding hot coffee in my friend's face and runs away. My friend had some red skin/blisters on his face, but he wasn't seriously injured or disfigured. I'll tell you what though...he never call that kid Brillo-head again. True story...
