As expected, Judah will enter the NBA draft, but not hire an agent. I think there is a decent chance he comes back for one more season. He’ll likely be a lottery pick in 2024 if he can improve his outside shooting. Oh yeah?

Dana announced that Colby will fight Edwards next for the title. Which to me is absurd bc Colby lost to Usman twice. It should be Khamzat. That’s who people want to see fight for the welterweight title.

Edwards beat the brakes off of Usman. A legend sees his demise. Edwards was patient and defended level changes well. Great fight tho. Gaethje fight was great too.

Sounds to me like the “awkwardness” toward the end was in fact related to settling the remainder of his contract. Fully sounds like it was JB’s decision to retire and he was ready.

Football sucks. Basketball will be okay as long as they’re packing the dome, but it’s difficult to recruit against “good weather” schools. Got it 👍

Poker Face on Peacock was really entertaining. Sort of a who-done-it murder mystery/comedy. Clever writing and some outstanding guest stars.

It remains to be seen, of course, but Syracuse is still a good draw bc they’re in the ACC and play in the dome regularly in front of 25K fans. Tons of national exposure. And Red Autry is regarded as one of the best recruiters in college basketball. Syracuse will always have that “blue blood” status in college basketball. Will Autry be a good HC? Who knows? It is a good sign that the best ‘24 recruit has already announced that he will remain committed to ‘Cuse, and Judah hinting today that he will stay another season is also promising. It will also be telling what Red is able to draw in the transfer portal. Based on everything I hear about Autry, I am feeling optimistic.
