  1. A vegan diet CAN be healthy if done correctly. My wife was a vegan for over a year, but has gone back to eating meat and fish occasionally as she found herself to feel “fatigued” and not herself at times. You need to be careful to consume foods that give you protein, calcium, iron, and other essential vitamins such a B12.
  2. @SageAgainstTheMachine
  3. UPL is not looking good. Two definitely “could have” saves 🤦🏾‍♂️ The Thompson shot was pretty. Sniping the upper 90. 🎯
  4. I want to dunk your head in a toilet and give you a swirly so bad. Nerd.
  5. Here in Vermont you can go to school to get your nursing degree for free. Such a shortage.
  6. How’s everyone watching the game this afternoon? Not on ESPN+. I see it on NHLN, but it’s blacked out for me.
  7. Texas and Nevada are also states that have no state income tax and “better” weather than Buffalo. Vegas and Houston currently have the 3rd and 5th most salary cap space. Miami has the 25th most. Just sayin…
  8. Kind of like Northern Exposure when Joel Fleichman had to work in Alaska for 10 years to pay off his medical school bills. I did 3 years in Fairbanks! I should get a bonus! 😂
  9. So how bout those Sabres?
  10. Yes. Ra Ra Hammersticks!!
  11. Public Service Loan Forgiveness…sorry jerk 😉😅
  12. He didn’t help, no, but I only counted one soft goal. To me there are “should have saved,” “could have saved,” and “WTF?!” goals.
  13. Very curious to see Westhole’s response to that post. He MUST be vehemently opposed to the GI Bill, right?
  14. Excellent point. Thank you.
  15. Um, @Westside , I know this might not be the best time to ask, but I’ve had my eyes on this expensive bottle of Japanese bourbon at the liquor store. Even with the new “expendable” income due to my recent student loan forgiveness, I can bring myself to splurge. Given that you’re so rich, would you be willing to buy it for me as a congratulatory gift?
  16. Also people looking for free labor. My father was a union bricklayer for almost 40 years, but was a jack of all trades type of guy. I can’t remember too many weekends where he wasn’t helping someone remodel their kitchen or doing plumbing. Always helping others 😂
  17. Take your garbage to PPP.
  18. Ehhh….the TB goal in the 2nd resulted from a bad VO turnover in the defensive zone. In the 3rd, 2/3 goals were legit good goals. The other was due to a half assed defensive effort, IMO. Swiping at sticks instead of putting bodies on bodies.
  19. Wow, okay man. Thanks for being an a-hole. Have a wonderful day.
  20. Caps are already sellers at the trade deadline. I think they’re ready to fold.
  21. This is a horrible idea.
  22. Cool man 👍. Like I said, I paid off ~85K of my student loans as an educator often working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet for my family. Never once missed or made a late payment. So I don’t feel guilty at all about having my loans forgiven. I feel like, for once, middle class people like myself are getting a break. I also could find other ways to use my PhD and make more money, but I choose to work in the trenches of the public schools because that’s where I can make my greatest difference for kids and families as a psychologist. Not that I feel the need to defend myself here, but ya’know…
  23. It just magically disappears! 🪄
  24. I was a VERY average HS student. Before I started to take college seriously, I was just in it for girls, partying, and playing college lacrosse. All the wrong reasons to borrow ~30K per year to go to college. Right before my HS graduation, my grandfather offered to buy me a truck, pay for all my tools, and pay my tuition to attend trade school/training program of my choosing. I declined. I often regret that decision.
