  1. I was kidding. I get it. I’m in the Bills fan community minority as a black man.
  2. Augie. Always there to bring you down to earth. Cheers to you, brotha.
  3. I wasn’t part of that decision. Was there a poll on TSW?
  4. What? I always referred to him as “tih-rod.” It’s phonetically correct.
  5. I like Croom a lot. I’d love for him to make the team over Logan Thomas (meh) and Khari Lee (above average blocking TE...not a great pass catcher despite that awesome grab vs Carolina). If you need a big nasty in goalline and 3rd and short situations, bring in a savage like Teller! At this point, I see the depth chart as Clay, O’Leary, Croom.
  6. My thoughts exactly. How anyone can deny how aptly O’Leary stepped in for this team when Clay went down last season is crazy to me. Of course, it should be an open competition and let the best players make the roster, but let’s not get our panties in a twist EVERY time Joe B or Sal C Tweets some faint speculation based on practice reps. Coaches move 2nd/3rd team reps around all the time to see what their depth players can do against better competition. Hell, O’Leary was on the field with the 1st team offense against Carolina! Week 1 can’t get here fast enough....
  7. Wait...why is Nick O’Leary listed as the #2 TE on this depth chart? I thought he had been recently supplanted by Croom, Thomas, Lee, Robert Royal, and LeBron James?
  8. She looks like a d&$k pig. Hell yes.
  9. Croom, especially, has had a good camp. They likely will keep 3 TE’s. I think they keep Clay, OLeary, and Croom.
  10. Yeah, the adults who push and shove kids aside to get their autographs (that they are likely to put up for sale on EBay) are ridiculous. I’ve done this a couple times recently, so as soon as the final horn sounds I am already making my way down with my son to the fence. I stand right behind him and box him in, so none of the jerks can nudge him aside.
  11. The latest season of Shameless on Netflix has been pretty good.
  12. Interesting observations. Must have been a bad day for autographs. The past two TC visits, I have purchased the TC program for my son to get autographs. Last year, he only got one from Tyrod. This year, he got like 9 or 10. Just put his program/sharpie through the fence along the bleachers, and the players just kept coming. Bummer you had a bad experience.
  13. What? I’m not trying to spin or twist anything. Quote all my posts in this thread. I merely have offered my opinion that O’Leary is safe to make the 53. You have differing opinions. The only fact here is that neither you or I know exactly what the coaches are thinking.
  14. “I think O’Leary is safe...” is quite different than saying he is “a lock” to make the 53. Not even close to the same thing.
  15. Quote my “lock statement.” It doesn’t exist. O’Leary is the 2nd TE. There has been lots of shuffling of the 2nd/3rd team players. What are you talking about?
  16. You’re assuming that he is losing reps to those guys because of his performance. I don’t know that to be true necessarily. Frequently, in the preseason, coaches will give extra reps to “fringe” players to see what they have. Not asserting that this is the case with O’Leary, but it is a possibility.
  17. It’s the preseason, man. If you use the same logic looking at the RB position, both Ivory and Murphy has “outplayed” McCoy in training camp.
  18. Actually, his production as the #2 TE on one of the worst passing offenses in the NFL was not exactly terrible last season.
  19. The fact that he has contributed in regular season games I think may give him the edge. Who knows though...
