I hope you’re wrong. Beane has done a pretty good job drafting in his brief tenure. I’d like to think they spotted something with this kid, and he was just grossly underutilized in college. The way they went up to get him in the 3rd (plus reports from mini camps) gives me more confidence that this kid will be good.

From what I read, this fish didn’t really have two mouths/heads as initial reports indicated. Rather, it was determined that the “extra mouth” was more likely an old injury that just healed that way.

I was saying the other night how I thought their accents sounded more Wisconsin/Minnesota/N-S Dakota. Especially Tilly and her husband. Big distinction here, of course. It will depend on the quantity he possessed and prior criminal history. He could get up to a year in the pokey if it is his first offense and had a lot of cocaine on him.

Johnson just looks the part of a 4-3 DE to me. Much more so than Lawson or Yarborough. Good speed rush, uses his arms well, and has shown a nifty inside move. I think he makes the team. Let’s hope he follows in the footsteps of some other MEAC players of the year, Darius Leonard and Tariq Cohen.

I’m currently watching Escape at Dannemora on Showtime. I know I’m late to the party on this one, but what a great show. The story itself is great, but the show itself is so well done.
