I was also there for the Clemson game. Nearly died of dehydration and heat exhaustion by half time. The hill definitely isn’t what it used to be. Chucks was always our go-to pregame spot, and then usually would grab a slice at Varsity after the game. Varsity has decent food, but not great (IMO). It’s more about the experience. We always go to Faegan’s nowadays. Solid food, a very good beer selection, and a great game day atmosphere.

Yup. I didn’t get a free education at Syracuse University, but I do still know the good spots to eat/drink/shop on the hill. Meet us there at around 5:30 and I’ll buy you a beer. ?

Quite honestly, I don’t really know all that much about Osun whateverhisnameis, but I wish him the best of luck just like the vast majority or recruits that spurn Syracuse. Also, good for Bona. I noticed their win over Middle Tenn St. That’s a quality win. I always root for them when they’re not playing Cuse, as my sister is an alum. What puzzles me is why you would continue to post in Syracuse basketball thread purely to rub our nose in the *****. You didn’t see any Cuse fans posting in the Bona thread (oh wait...there isn’t one) when your boys lost to perennial powers Ohio, UVM, Siena and Canisius... Look, we’re not good. We probably won’t make the NCAA tourney, and perhaps not even the NIT. Congrats. I’ll go ahead and start a Bona basketball thread for you all to enjoy.
