  1. All in all solid outing by EJ. Improvement is what we want to see and what we got. B-
  2. Chris Gragg - best holding TE in the nfl.
  3. PS - Carolina is definitely trolling Bills fans by playing John Bovi there.
  4. EJ really needs to play till the whistle. That should have been an INT
  5. Hahaha. Awesome.
  6. I'd be ok with it. RBs are just not worth that much anymore. We have a few capable guys, so if we know we are not going to pay a RB top five money, than it makes sense to unload the one we can get the most for, Spiller. If we got a 1st (unlikely) then we essentially traded Spiller for Watkins and the difference between the location of the two first rounders. Not a bad deal, potentially. Let's say bills get a first and it ends up being pick 20. We moved up to 3 in 2014 to potentially move back to 20 in 2015. In the process we pick up a stud WR at the beginning of a rookie contract in exchange for offloading a RB at the end of a rookie contract. Sound a like a win to me.
  7. Until the season starts, I wouldn't get too worked up over anything. We're talkin bout practice. PRACTICE! We talkin bout practice
  8. Prediction(s) for the season (if EJ stays healthy) Record: 9-7 (2nd in AFC East) Playoffs: lose in WC round to Indy 31-21 EJ Stats: 60% completion, 22TDs 16INTs, 2750 yards Rushing: Spiller 1150/4 Receiving: Watkins 900/6 Defense: similar to last year except a much better against the run and a little worse in Takeaways and Sacks. Positive surprise: Aaron Williams picks up slack from Byrd, little drop off. Chris Williams plays great all year. Negative surprise: Chris Hogan has only 150 yards and 1 TD.
  9. I was joking. In other words, he's so much worse than EJ I'd rather have him cut than listen to people compare the two. If Tuel stays on the bench the whole year, then I could care less about him. And it's nothing personal. I'd love to see him improve and reach his potential, whatever that is. If he turned into a Frank Reich that would be a fantastic outcome. For now, I just think it's silly to compare EJ and Tuel. EJ needs time and patience. He has potential to develop into a very good QB. I readily admit he's not even close to that yet, but it's possible he gets there. We won't really have a good feel for his potential until the season is over.
  10. We might need to start passing out the "Hurt Feelings Report" on some of these threads. http://boston.barstoolsports.com/m/around-barstool/and-the-pussification-of-america-continues-wyoming-football-coach-fired-for-giving-his-players-a-hurt-feelings-questionnaire/
  11. It's a quote from the movie Blades of Glory. Put the link up earlier! But that's the idea...brains in a bottle. Haha
  12. Amen brother. That was a perfect summation of Tuel and should be pinned to the stadium wall. I actually might cut and paste that into my notepad so I can re paste!!! Love it!
  13. Hah. Blades of Glory.
  14. Haha. Absolutely. The Tuel talk is embarrassing. He's flat out terrible. At best his ceiling is a below average backup. The HOF game means absolutely nothing. Teams don't game plan, there's camp fodder on the field for long periods of time, it's just a formal practice. The FO didn't want to risk EJ getting hurt. We had a seventh round pick starting and having to take on JPP. That's why there were many quick drops and throws for EJ. Especially when there are 5 preseason games rather than 4. How people don't see that is mind bottling.
  15. Are people serious about these knee-jerk reactions? Re: batted balls - He had three batted balls ALL last year. That's a pretty good ratio. It's the first game of pre-pre-season. He played two series. Made a couple nice throws, made a couple bad throws. Pretty much exactly what I expected. In all likelihood, Marrone and Hackett went into the game with the plan to have EJ make a few, quick throws with the goal of getting a little work but mostly to stay untouched. That's exactly how it played out.
  16. Don't worry, Cuomo took care of that with the Moreland Commission.
  17. The Erie Creeps http://farmteamapparel.com/product/erie-creeps/
  18. I'm gonna vote Da'Rick Rogers! No brainer.
  19. Who is the top 5? Watkins Woods Williams Goodwin Who's fifth?
  20. Agreed! Only difference is the Sabes have 3 first round picks next year and the Bills have 0! Ha
  21. Sorry if already been posted. Nice props to the young talent on the team. Hopefully pretty soon it turns into wins! http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=11252443
  22. I agree. Tuel is the worst QB I've seen since Babe Laufenberg. Last year (in a tough situation) he was an abomination. Personally I blame the FO for even letting the QB situation get to that point. Drew Bledose could come in tomorrow and be a better QB than Tuel.
  23. The Sanchize is infinitely better than Tuel. Hah. It's not even close.
