Bills took care of business against a good but far from elite Denver team. I was nervous about the matchup but despite the Bills spotting the Broncos 7 points they took back control of the game and eventually made it a blowout. Not much to complain about. Against the Ravens at home the Bills gotta come out with a win.
Defense is far too soft and making it too easy for Denver to get big yardage, good decision to take a defensive timeout, defense looks like it needs a moment to figure it out.
I really think that the turf toe just impacted his start to the season and then when they made the trade for Cooper and Keon and others started to take on bigger roles in the offense pushed Samuel down the depth/target share chart.
Samuel with a great play and the offensive line with great protection! Three score lead, defense needs to just get a stop here and then the offense can start to grind out the clock.
Defense has been solid after the early lapse. They did get some help with Denver's drops but they have made things mostly difficult for the Broncos taking away their screen game and ground game forcing them to pass down field in a way that is not what they like to do getting them out of their comfort zone.
Great to see Keon contribute with a big two point conversion. Not only is it increase the margin of the two score lead, but it means that a field goal can push it to a three score lead.
It stands, big time play to give the Bills a two possession lead, defense needs to get a stop and the offense can get a 3 score lead with just a field goal.
Defense comes out with the three and out, huge start, gets the Broncos defense back on the field after they were dominated in time of possession in the first half and were on the field for a 5 minutes drive to start the second half.
Steelers showing some fight, defensive stop and a TD drive with some nice deep balls from Russ. Was wrong about putting Fields in clearly the offensive staff saw they maybe had some deep shots they could have and they stuck with Russ now they got some momentum.
