No I don't. I want the states to have ultimate power and the feds to be an arbitrary factor to settle a few things. The fed handles foreign trade, interstate commerce, and national defense. But this is not what I want. You want a court order to mandate the guy is legally in this country, yes? That decision by the court to veto any executive action?
