  1. Is Gunner oschesky the guy who was a Steeler and Patriot as a returner primarily?
  2. Per radio the Giants have averaged more rush yards since week 4 than anyone.
  3. Is that what a coach like Vrabels brings to the table? It's hard to know for me. Tennessee ran a tight ship but sloppy performance even if the effort was there. His change in New England has been interesting.
  4. I want to give the giants a chance to win this one but can't ... At all. But boy oh boy would it be wonderful.
  5. 12 days prior is the announcement deadline.
  6. I am not here for low brow simple humor bud. I'm a mature grown up adult man.
  7. came here to find your answer. i start at #2 and probably closer to 2.5. Better coaching decisions could have changed some outcomes 2020-2021 to get some wins. maybe that home field advantage was on the table or just a few home games in the playoffs. the warts on the frog are too big to simply overlook for me at this point and he would always be exactly what he is even if he wins it. he seems like a great guy and a really good coach. problem is, i don't give a shiz who he is...i just want a great coach.
  8. Coming out of college he was labeled a ball catching back that may contribute to the run game. He was never labeled a 3down back and deemed a change of pace runner and pass catcher. He's grown and our offense fits him well.
  9. holding even a struggling offense to 7 points is remarkable, however.
  10. if....big IF... we can get our ends back like we need by the playoffs & Ed can come back for at least the AFCC that will really help. the road to the playoffs will go through a few teams that would need him but ultimately start with at Baltimore or at Jacksonville. There's a big hill to climb to get out of the #5 seed. If we can get those cylinders firing on defense, continue to use good rotations with the CB's and safeties we may be able to shore things up. Damar Hamlin could be elevated, as well. I know that scares a lot of people but he is consistent even if below average to the hopes and dreams of all those here.
  11. We could win out, the Patriots could lose one to us, and the colds could lose just one more putting us all at 13 and 4. We would be the five seed. This is the most likely happenstance in my opinion.
  12. He will be coveted by a young team wanting leadership as they head to the playoffs. If I'm Indy I try. If I'm the Patriots maybe even. As a #3/4 he maybe a solid addition.
  13. not a McD apologist - hardly at all. wanted him gone after 13 seconds. but McD isn't going anywhere unless we completely flop. the Sabres will clean house and Terry having to clean two houses is just far fetched.
  14. Is that QB a Ichigan trash can? I don't even know.
  15. When you don't hear the name of a cornerback it's usually a good thing fwiw, i focused the 3rd quarter as best i could on T Johnson. He played solid. I was convinced that the Steelers would work the shortgame to start the second half. He was glued to his defenders. As I watched Johnson i kept seeing White who was playing step for step with the defenders. In the first half i watched Milano any snap he was on the field. he seemed to be like his former self and it was a good scheme to mix him and Dorian Williams.
  16. This is crap. Sal has completely become a corporate mouthpiece. The defense was doing great things all day and it was a matter of time until we got a turnover. The offense during that same time struggled to establish itself and made a lot of mistakes. Looking back on it I'm blaming the new OL and Josh finding his way. The opening 18-20 minutes looked like a preseason game. Timing was off, blocking schemes were not being executed, even WRs only looked to be going through motions. What was working was the run blocking and running. Like a preseason game. Take away your staring two OT's, a primary WR, and your primary target (TE) and you gotta find a way to adapt. The team didn't look effective.
  17. how fast did they get up or not give up?
  18. Let's see if he can make it the rest of the season.
  19. It's hard to knee someone intentionally in the stomach in the game of football
  20. Did McD call the plays? I never saw him with a play sheet
  21. Every time we go to the Steelers it is interesting how it's the third quarter that breaks us open. Renegade a few years ago, tonight with the defense. The fans in Pittsburgh must be frustrated that they'll hold on then get creamed.
  22. And for his snaps - at least early when I really keyed in on him: Milano played very well.
  23. On two short yardage runs Coleman wasn't exactly chasing down the field to knock dudes.
