If you say the Bills lost with a team effort than the front office and coaching staff is on the same hook. McDermott has let this team down time and time again. His system sucks. His game planning and strategy sucks. He has lost the locker room multiple times. He's a good coach to rebuild a team but he will never take home the Lombardi
