  1. We are a football team not a boy scout troop If we win football games like we should because this is a business... All that noise doesn't matter. Look at the Patriots during their dynasty... There wasn't much noise about the nonsense going on there besides Hernandez. Brady having an affair, Gronk and the team doing party boats was barely a blip, Edelman trolling tinder for ass, Belichick having an affair with a friends wife, .... In KC the same is true except for the Andy Reid son which really barely made a blip on a relative scale. Winning quiets the noise. Diggs here + winning = 2 things: 1) no one caring about the whining and bull####. 2) feeds less drama because winners win This reminds me of a leadership course I had btw. The hardest people to manage some times are the top performers. They expect a threshold of quality above mediocrity. They become discontent when underperforming team members drag the group down. When management fails to address the issues and improve the deficits the high performers will become malcontent. In sales especially these folks will betray you. And when the top 70-80% sales fall upon your top 10-15% in most cases at most companies this is dangerous. To manage the talent of the skill in the NFL it takes a lot of skill and talent.
  2. none of us truly truly know but we can draw straws and grasp at what connects dots. Diggs was done with the team and not being featured as he knew his value and was not being used properly. Diggs does not care about the money as much as he does winning and getting the ball. that he did not get the ball and was like Allen Iverson about the approach to his game wore thin on the team. mcDermott needs full buy in from his team and Diggs was a distraction to McD despite Diggs being a good teammate for the most part - as evidence by him being the lone player to go see Hamlin after the incident among other things. Diggs held people accountable and was a force. it wore thin and was labeled as selfish. the "team" view was it was unacceptable and Josh probably did not recognize the value vs. loss of having Diggs. likely thinking Diggs was overexaggerating the issue thinking he was part of the problem. i would imagine josh knows now he could use Diggs who would instantly and by a mile be the best talent on this wr corps. but Diggs did not want to wait around for that to be realized...and here we are.
  3. first round of playoffs....left Pitts on the bench over Ferguson.
  4. I think McDermott is playing 4D Domino's with this Christian Benford thing... I think it's a way to get Darius sleigh to think he could come up and play this weekend and report... And it is brilliant!
  5. Damn it I was close to starting Pitts over Ferguson
  6. I ... Don't care if New England wins this division. We win Sunday it'll be cool. But I would love to go up there in the playoffs and let Diggs watch us celebrate winning the AFC. He can go home to his 16 baby mamas and worry about next year. *I love Diggs the player but as a person he's goofy.
  7. I understand. The bulk of it is in September. Munich is the one tourists go to but if you know local rednecks over there and go to the rural states like Baden-Württemberg... You'll have a lot better of time.
  8. a walking boot on the foot is odd treatment for a spleen...
  9. Munchen ist cool, aber Amrikaner fußball muss hier gespielt
  10. You get refunded. This is the first year I've not purchased them. The busy successful last 3-4 years I've had to rely on others, STH, to get them. But other years when it was unlikely they'd be publicly available - is buy them and get a refund in like March. Lol
  11. It is a vasoconstrictor... It does more than people realize but the truly dumb people mix it with vasodilators like beet root juice and specific amino acids lol Basically offsetting the effects of some parts.
  12. This was going to be my point in knowing what Buffalo must do against the Eagles
  13. How the hell does this dude talk so damn much. I get that he is that smart and knows football but I swear he could cut all this down to 15 words and lay off the caffeinated beverages Platitude. Platitude. Red herring, platitude. Moved field goal. Platitude. Red herring, red herring! Bait and switch hypocrisy. Red herring. Platitude with intensity.
  14. Sirius XM sports bumpers are hilarious... they're announcing his firing and his arrest and immediately mention "Ryan Day will be joining college sports radio this afternoon at XX time for more on college football" someone at Sirius XM hates Michigan lol
  15. Brother.... nothign is behind a paywall. it's just sad that the journalists didn't take their advice and learn to code... anyway... eff them, here is a non paywall link https://archive.ph/7Goyl
  16. Whats hilarious to me is that folks down here think they're so country and have pride in their rural roots but WNY is far more country, far more rural, and far more redneck than a lot of the South right now. go 15 minutes North or South on 90 and you'll be in pure country rural life no different or no less than going 15 minutes off of I85 or I77. Dorian Williams is a good downhill runner to stop the run and a stout body. he doesn't always fare well in decision making or scraping through traffic but I would like a solid set of reps in a 43 set with Williams being the 3rd LB over Bernard. Ideally, in passing downs (though it would not be realistic)... Milano at Mike Shaq at Sam Bernard at Will Running downs... Milano at Will Shaq at Sam Williams at Mike
  17. the woman driving being ok and all is amazing
  18. yes but every year is more dire!
  19. i will fight you. all yall who bring this kind of slander.... all yall... will go down. AM550 in Statesville is the best AM550 in the world. it's actually my second favorite radio station in the world. if you ever go to Statesville or such - let me know to recommend some cool places to check out.
  20. perfect so you realize that he's not even at Chad Pennington levels yet... it's amazing because i imagine you're about 16 years old and played backup on your JV squad last year which explains your arrogance, ignorance, and your love of older men. meh, i think i get some more wiggle room from the moderators to be my ol' classic self with these trolls i think i'll be able to arc this discussion with him to something outlandish shortly. i'm 3 degrees away.
  21. The saving grace is the reads Maye makes, the way you can see he reads the field, and most importantly the way McDaniel is able to work with him - Patriot ***** stains will think they were right all along. Maye has a solid chance at a good career. His floor is Tannehill (who honestly gets too much hate). Right now he is a flash in the pan like Pennington was for a moment. He has the chance to reach McNair levels of hysteria soon. At best he will be a slinging game manager like Drew Brees or Dan Marino. That is literally, at best.
  22. So, when are you gonna wipe your mouth...? You got a full load of Maye-o-naise... The dude is good. In his second season. He has 3 or 4 more to go but at best his best will be nothing like Allen. They're completely different QB's for one. And McDaniels ability is incredible. TUA WAS BEATING ALLENS TRAJECTORY. OOPS. no alll caps and too lazy to fix it. I get it. Patriots fans didn't watch football for 4-5 years when the jackass QB they had left... And now they think they still know football. It's a sad pathetic life to be In those shoes....Walter f'n Mitty
