  1. This is an abomination. Josh Johnson, welcome to the Buffalo Bills
  2. Whaley needed to fill his weekly tinkering quota.
  3. Say what? Bo Jackson completely dislocated his hip. That didn't happen to Harvin, he just has tight hips.
  4. Just admit it! Schwartz understood the players better than you Rex!
  5. Bills 24-Jags 17 Rex pins back his eyes and watches last years game film for 72 hours straight, converting the D to Schwartz's and Mario sacks Bortles 4 times while the "offensive line guru" cries and hides under a bench. It came to me in a dream.
  6. Dire Wolf. Great track, rough analogy
  7. Where is the "genius play calling " Roman was supposed to bring? The routes are as vanilla as it gets
  8. A couple of early three and outscould have been avoided, but he did well for his first regular season game in a year
  9. Appalling showing today. I want Bill from NYC to get better, so I pray that he didn't watch this game
  10. I can see him getting canned after one. This is an abomination
  11. Prayers sent his way for a speedy recovery. We all look forward to seeing him back here soon!
  12. I like this uni so much better when I see it standing over a fallen Pats*** player.
  13. We've gotta hope that the O stays on the field way more than last week. With Shady back, how is Sammy gonna get 10+ touches if not?
  14. It's going to be tough to take down McCown this week, but Tyrod came up BIG. Now, if we can just get him going in the first three quarters....
  15. you must be a blast at parties! Nevermind, you probably don't get any invites.
  16. not a person with an iota of intelligence can argue this point.
  17. no pretender is going to step up and take down Cincy this year. That team is legit this year, getting elite play from all aspects of their team with Dalton absolutely slaying it behind Centre ( sp....I'm Canadian). If the Bills win that game, they can win every game they play this season and that's a fact.
  18. Does anybody get the sense that Rex has been over-thinking the defense? All the blitz packages that we are used to seeing from him seem to have disappeared. Opposing QBs are picking up the coverages far quicker and there is seemingly no pressure flying in from the backfield whereas that has been a staple of the Ryan defenses for years. I know that he has called it the players defense, but sometimes you have to go with what you know.
  19. Most of us got a bit too enthusiastic after the Colts game, a little too down after the Pats game and then road that same roller coaster through the Fins and Giants games. After this week, most of us are thinking we have an average team on our hands. But, as down on the Titans as most have been, they're not a terrible team and that win, as close as it was, is still a win that can set this squad up with the confidence to step their play up a notch. The game plan in the first half for the offense was terrible, so don't put that on the players, but once adjustments were made, that was a really good game to watch in the second half. I'm not handing out the Kool-Aid, but I still tune in on Sundays to support the team I have always put my hopes in.
  20. yes. Tell me who's played more clutch or better? Bledsoe?
  21. I don't think anyone should be surprised by this. I love Sammy's game, but he's as durable as a paper bag in a rainstorm. Let's hope that Woods and Tyrod have built some better chemistry, because it's going to be needed with Boobie as the starting RB. 50 throws is not out of the question.
  22. I'm not going to wholly argue your statement about Ontario loving the CFL, but the NFL is definitely more popular in the GTA whereas Hamilton and Southwestern Ontario have more of an affinity for the CFL. As someone that grew up in the GTA, I am of the belief that it will take some time for a Toronto franchise to achieve the popularity that every US based franchise holds within its own market. Toronto fans support such a varied number of teams because they've not had their own team. I witnessed the early years of the Raptors and the support for the home team was quite often equal to that of the opposition, especially when playing the likes of the Celts, Bulls and Lakers. The Toronto franchise would struggle in merchandise sales for a number of years. The biggest issue that any Canadian franchise will always hold is the inability to tailgate.
  23. You beat me to it. That was a rather poorly worded post.
