  1. The last spot might be a choice between Hodgins, Lewis, McCloud, Blackshear, Anderson, Spector, Sweeney..
  2. How did Blackshear look on ST? How about Hodgins? Blackshear, Hodgins, and Morris leading ST snap counts. They are my 3 favorite underdogs to make Bills
  3. https://twitter.com/SalSports/status/1563519735777886214?s=20&t=FCAf9_I4bLF316eO-z1syg And this is not a punting thread- I’d like to figure out who Beanes last 5 cuts are. Does he make a trade?
  4. who played gunner positions each preseason game? how did they do? what were special teams snap counts each preseason game? who are leaders snap counts? I know Quintin Morris is 2 the only info I can find is this: Preseason snap counts Denver Special Teams (24 snaps) This game seemed to be a bit more about getting the actual roster to sync up than Week 1 was, so a few players who might find themselves on the 53 for special teams value might have been revealed. While Tommy Sweeney was on the field 50% of the time for special teams, he was once again passed by Quintin Morris at 62%, who led the team on special teams time. Joe Giles-Harris saw 42% of snaps, as did Baylon Spector. Finally, Mike Love saw 50%.
  5. The minor injuries are a blessing in disguise. We can add players to PUP and IR and open up roster spots
  6. Special teams might of cost us a Superbowl championship on music city miracle. And Beane prioritizes special teams. Who should I listen to? You or Brandon? Id be more surprised if OJ made roster. Sweeney plays Special teams. Howard has never played special teams. He is a supposed play maker. Well OJ couldn't produce in 4th quarter against Carolina 4th string. I witnessed a nice Sweeney catch. Sweeney making plays, not the "playmaker TE"
  7. QB-Barkley RB WR-Stevenson Gentry Pau'u TE Howard OL Mancz(IR) Boetetger(PUP) Capra Tenuta Van Roten Anderson Owen DE Love Jonathon Joseph DL Bryant Ankou Emili Brewer Smith(sus) Giles-Harris Spector CB Lewis Ingram Miller Thomas so down to 55- I need to cut 2 out Blackshear, Hodgins, McCloud. I cut McCloud. And now last spot is between Blackshear and Hodgins. ST is deciding factor On cut day, I would look to upgrade Bobby Hart- but there is such a shortage of OL, I highly doubt that is possible. Going forward, next draft I prioritize OL. Lets get Josh the best OL in NFL!
  8. I have a generic Poyer., and a legit Thurman. My brother has Diggs He was going to get Poyer jersey next(we are both huge Poyer fans!)- and I was going to get Hyde. I was considering my next jersey- tough call. Im considering Motor, Tra, Oliver
  9. Let that Brandon Beane quote sink in. Tommy Sweeney has been playing 50% of special team snaps. And Quintin Morris is #2 with special team snaps. OJ was playing in the 4th quarter of Carolina game. Sweeney has value because ST. And Beane prioritizes ST
  10. Beane is saying exactly how he is making final cut decisions-special teams. Ive been trying to find a list of special teams preseason snaps. Cover 1 said Quintin Morris was #2 in special team snaps. Im curious how Blackshear, Hodgins, and who else played ST snaps and played well. Special Teams (24 snaps) This game seemed to be a bit more about getting the actual roster to sync up than Week 1 was, so a few players who might find themselves on the 53 for special teams value might have been revealed. Quintin Morris plays STs. So does Sweeney. OJ has never played ST. Whos been gunner this preseason? Does anyone have a link for Bills special teams preseason snaps total for Carolina?
  11. Can you name a better backup TE in NFL? Coach’s love Sweeney- that’s how me makes it. OJ hasn’t done squat
  12. Sweeney is better than you give him credit for. Coaches have been talking him up, how smart he is, how hard worker, how improved. Howard has done nothing to win spot over Sweeney or Morris. And Sweeney and Morris play special teams
  13. I think your projection is pretty spot on. Brandon Beane has said if you arent a starter, you better be good at 3-4 phases special teams. Quintin Morris has been one of leaders in special teams play this preseason-29 plays I believe I heard on Joe Marino's podcast. OJ Howard has never played special teams. Morris has been the surprise of the camp. And coaches have been raving about Sweeney. Knox-Sweeney-Morris is my prediction for Bills TEs So last spot IMO comes down to Hodgins, Spector, Lewis, McCloud,Blackshear or Duke
  14. Hodgins makes plays for Bills. Has OJ?
  15. we are NBA orphans. I was conflicted, do I cheer for Clippers? I did for a bit, and felt dirty. So I started liking the Supersonics. I got back into watching basktball for awhile, then the Sonics moved to OKC. I was born in Oklahoma City, So I guess Im a OKC fan. NFL Champions League NHL MLB Basketball ^thats my rankings of leagues
  16. Blackshear would be our returner too. Who are our returners? Isiah, shakir? Then who? Cook? Hyde? Duke?
  17. who takes Ford's spot backup G? Or are Bills only keeping 8 or 9 OL?
  18. one down. I put the over/under at 3. Then Id bet the over
  19. Going to sea to piano pine
  20. Morris is my sleeper pick to make roster. The Bills really like him. And they aren't playing him. Either hes making roster, or they are trying to sneak him on practice squad. Sweeney has made some plays, is well respected by teammates, and definitely has a shot at making team. Both those factors, OJ will not be on Bills final roster IMO- albeit by trade or cut down day
  21. Its good to hear from some old time posters that have been posting lately. They were all great fans supporting the Bills during some tough years, god bless them!
  22. Going forward with cap constraints, coupled with Beanes late round wizardry, stockpiling draft picks and compensatory picks can help sustain the Bills dominance the next 10+ years
