I am with you. I like Okung, then Buluga, then Williams- then I would look at another position. Cambell is a project like Maybin and had little production in college and Davis has issues. The Bills cannot afford to blow this pick. They need to hit on 5 selections at least IMO article on davis

I think our D has some good potential. Our secondary is solid. It comes down to being able to stop the run and rush the passer. Maybe Maybin can step up this year, but I am not counting on it. If he can, and if Schobel comes back, and if we add a NT and depth at LB- we can be pretty solid on defense

That is the truth. I was just reading an article on Sparklehorse and read that Vic Chestnut recently committed suicide too. Chestnut was on NPR very recently talking with Terry Gross about depression and how he tried to suicide a few times, and what thoughts he had after suicide attempts. He seemed upbeat and ok. I am shocked to hear he killed himself, especially so soon after that interview. Eerie

No doubt those guys are freaks. I checked out Maybins twitter and he is eating honey buns and other junk food- and still that ripped. The combine numbers blow me away and I am amazed how quickly they heal from surgerys. I am 5 11" 220 10% body fat- but certainly no professional athlete. I do blow up and the trainers at my gym always tried to get me to compete, and I know about nutrition and cutting edge workouts. 6 pounds lean mass in a week even for a freak professional athlete- I don't buy it

I just saw that on a draft sight and passed it along. It was a Maybin reference, and this is a Maybin thread, hence I included it. BTW I have worked out my whole life. Anyone can put on a couple pounds in a week. But I call bull **** to anyone that claims to put on 6 pounds lean mass in a week

Oher is making the switch to LT this year. We had our shot at a great RT, possibly great LT, but instead chose an undersized one year wonder who was a project. We also passed on Cushing- rookie of the year- he would of helped us tremendously, especially since we are switching to the 3-4.. We could of chose Orakpo and his 11 sacks- Lord knows we need a pass rush. We could of chose Percy Harvin- we certainly need the help at WR. We could of chose Clay Mathews- as noted earlier we need desperate help at LB. Those 4 made the probowl. But instead we chose Maybin- who has shown nothing. It is up there with Mike Williams pick as worst pick of the decade. Go ahead and say he "might" be good. But we passed on 4 great football players- all of them would be starting for us and playing at a high level
