  1. Man those Godchaux years must of involved heavy drugs just to tolerate her. Man she was awful. I wish I could remove her voice from all my shows
  2. Is there a society more shallow and materialistic then America? I travel whenever I can and have yet to find a country anywhere as materialistic as the USA. It is the land of in your face advertising and consumerism. We are 5% of the worlds population and consume 30%. And there were many other deep themes in American Beauty. Maybe you need to rewatch American Beauty.
  3. I loved that film. Those stereotypes are not to far off. And Spacey is a great antihero. Tell me there is not a little bit of Lester in us all
  4. Donna Godchaux. She ruined some great jams during some of the best Dead years. There would be a beautiful jam going on, until she started wailing. I have yet to meet a deadhead who likes her singing
  5. blaspheme
  6. My guess is that it was Dez White. And yes I believe it
  7. That is awful about his son if that is true. No parent should ever have to bury their child. I hope Maybin can put it together but am not holding my breath. It is put up or shut up time. And keep it real Maybin. How about you make some plays before you dub yourself "Maybin Mayhem". And skimming through that article I noticed he refers to his "extraordinary IQ". Um- mr delusional- people with extraordinary IQ's score higher then 25 on the Wonderlic. A score of 10 is considered literate and Fitzmagic scored 48. Like I said Maybin- keep it real. The truth hurts
  8. I never realized Tommy Two Times was a Bills fan.
  9. Thank you. Of your list I have seen- Gran Torino- great movie. Clint has made great movies for a long time and still is. War of the Worlds- ok. Not my cup of tea- I am not a special effects guy Pocket For of Quarters- Great documentary. Hollywood could not script a better villain. The villian and his entourage had kind of a Napoleaon Dynamate feel I will check out some of your other suggestions. I watched This is England last night. Good flick
  10. Great article! And a great bunch of players easy to root for. I love their attitude, comradrarie, and work ethic. And huge question though- Where the hell is CJ Spiller?
  11. total of the eclipse of the heart is tough to beat. If you click on that link there is a whole list of God awful videos listed to the right of it. Pat Benatar- Love is a Battlefield. Aha- Take on Me. Safety Dance. And then there is this
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj-x9ygQEGA epic in its awfulness
  13. Thank you for the recommendations! No Country For Old Men- great film! I stand corrected. I love everything the Coen brothers have done. I watched No Country a few times and there is some deep meaning in it. Sideways I watched awhile ago after the hype. I thought it was overrated, but I have to watch again. I didn't care for the Kill Bill movies. True Romance blows away any Tarrantino film IMO. Inglorious was entertaining, but again I didn't care for it as much as my friends did. Tennebaums was good. I like quirky films and Wes Anderson is a decent director. I will have to check out the others- especially THe King's Speech
  14. How do you draw that conclusion? I love the classics. Give me Orson Wells, Fritz Lang, Charlie Chaplin, Alfred Hitchcock. Rod Serling and the brilliant Russian and German 20's films over the drivel put out by Hollywood today. What film the past 10 years is original and must see? Wasteland and Exit Through the Gift Shop blow away any movie I have seen the past 15 years
  15. I have never seen it. I don't watch TV (besides sports and PBS) and I watch almost exclusively documentaries and biographies on Netflix. TV and unoriginal crap movies bore me and I get nothing from them
  16. any remake of a previous movie, tv show, or video game, and any sequel other then Godfather II, the Bourne, and Bond (guilty pleasures) movies. Hollywood has been putting out unoriginal, contrived, banal, crap for sometime. There has not been a compelling movie for me to want to see in a long time. Give me a book any time over that **** anytime
  17. I knew I should of enrolled in that jive class. stúpido de mí. Sabía que debía de tomarse Jive en lugar de español!
  18. Fletch "put it on the Underhills tab". I quote it all the time. The vast majority does not get it- the others laugh their ass off. Foul Play "Kojak. Bang! Bang!"
  19. and if she kept it to masturbating and did not have hundreds of partners- yes I would. That is until she wore me out. 47 times in a day? It would be a challenge with a bottle of cialis and 2 weeks to work with
  20. Or do you suspect he is on roids or some other performance enhancing drug? I have never seen a player turn it on so dramatically clean. He has Brady Anderson, Bobby Bonds like turnaround into powerhouse slugger. At any rate one could argue he is best player in baseball- or at least on par with Pujols. Bautista has a rocket arm and has hit over 60 HR over the past 162 games. Hats off to him if he did it clean and with hard work. What a player! One interesting thing I noticed looking at his stats is that he played for 4 different teams in 2004 Dave Kingman style. What is up with that?
  21. More stupid laws trying to increase tax revenues and govern more. As far as noodling- I always wondered if they ever encountered snapping turtles. A snapping turtle would wreck a noodlers arm
  22. Steve Johnson only value 2006 Ngata goes 2nd overall and Whitner drops to 2nd. Poz actually moves up 10 spots. McCargo never gets drafted. Leodis and Marshawn both fall to second round.
  23. Mel Brooks silent movie there is only one spoken line in the whole movie. here it is
