I read that as a slight on Rogers. Favre is a prima donna drama queen who is not relevant today. Christ, just go away already Brett. best comment on espn board- 255 fans like this.

any engineers here? I want to make a soil box sifter
Pete replied to Pete's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Thank you all for your suggestions. I really like the mechanical sifter Nanker linked to. Buffalo Bud- that sifter you linked to is similar to the one I used last year. I bought 3 2x4s, split one in half, screwed them together, and nailed hardware cloth inside and sifted soil all summer manually. The reason I need to use a sifter is my backyard is a gigantic glacier rock facing south. The garden is also landscape architecture. I have been digging the dirt off the rock exposing the stone, and where there are cavities I am planting different gardens and fire pits. It is a massive undertaking that I have spent hundreds of hours on- and I am about 33% from my ultimate goal. I would estimate for every 5 gallons dirt I dig I yield 2 gallons tiny rocks. The tiny rocks I sift out and put on bottom layer for irrigation. The big rocks I dig up I built some temporary walls. My brother is a mason and ultimately we are going to build proper retaining walls with the field stone collected. A mechanical sifter would save me incredible amounts of time, and wear and tear on my body. It will be gorgeous whenever it is completed. I sit atop a hill secluded but high enough for water views and a 360 degree view of the sky. It makes for excellent star viewing -
so I dropped Marshawn for Ridley. Seahawks offense is awful. Pats is setting records. Ridley has potential for huge games
-
interesting. I think we should run the no huddle much more often. Fitz definitely has the brains for it
-
I want to add Ridley but we are only allowed to carry 4 RB's. I currently have: Mark Ingram Felix Jones Marshawn Lynch James Starks 4 mediocre backs. Ridley has upside and huge potential. I am considering dropping Starks and picking up Ridley. Thoughts?

I would be ok if PBS was the only channel I saw the rest of my life. Their programming is top notch. I have been enjoying the Ken Burn's prohibition documentary. Some very cool old film and photos of saloons back in the day

well they couldn't do any worse then the Fed. $15,000,000,000,000 in debt, the looming social security crisis, emergency bailouts.....by any quantification our economy sucks and the fractional reserve system is flawed at best http://www.usdebtclock.org/ -
I could care less if it is licensed or not. If it looks nice, is durable, and costs 10% of the licensed price, why not? For all we know, these could be being produced at he same factories as the licensed one and be the same exact shirts. Who exactly are were hurting by buying a DH shirt? I don't give a damn if the NFL is losing out exactly It is like Stockholm Syndrome. These are the same bastards that charge $10 for a beer, $5 coke, $20 parking, $300 for a jersey....and bombard you with commercials diluting the quality of their product. They want to get every last nickel they can from you. So they lose out on screwing Joe Fan out of $300. boo!@#$inghoo

I am very proud that we elected a black President. But I think just about every politician is a puppet to corporations, they put their party over their constituents, and are all corrupt to various degrees. They vote for wars and corporate bailouts, but do little for the common man. Sorry to be so cynical- that is not my nature. Absolute power corrupts. And neither of our 2 partys do I give two ***** about. They are one and the same -
I am looking to expand my garden big time and have a lot more digging to do. The soil itself is nice but problem is I live in glacier carved southern new england and it is filled with tiny stones, medium rock, and mucho vines. Last year I put in a 50x 40 garden and sifted out the soil manually. I want to triple the size and would like to design some sort of gas powered(or electric) sifter. I am imagining something like a drawer with holes with some sort of piston or something to shake it back and forth. Any suggestions for a design on the cheap? Thank you this is something like I used for the manual box sifter last year http://nuwildroots.wordpress.com/2011/08/06/diy-compost-sifter/

That is my dream team right there! Nader and Paul are the only politicians I have any respect for -
not that different then when the CIA was slinging crack in South Central in the 80's. Our corrupt government doing business as usual

exactly. It blows my mind how much media coverage the Tea Party gets and how they are portrayed juxtaposed to the occupy Wall Street movement -

4 interceptions against Brady last week. Tell me that does not make the most miserable son of a B word here smile!

Spiller made a couple key first downs and produced the few times he was involved. Dareus is the real deal and a cornerstone of our defense the next 5-10 years. Williams was playing great and will only get better- injuries are part of the game. Searcy sealed our victory against the Raiders and is a demon on special teams. Take a deep breath Debbie Downer. Rome was not built in a day and we are still on the ascent. And last I looked we are still in first in the bad ass AFC East

Cincy is a good team. They have handed Titans their only loss. And the Raiders are a solid team as evident by their win against the Jets. So we lost on the road to a decent team after getting jobbed by the ref- I will take 3-1. The future is looking bright
