early in the year the line was awful and orton took some sacks from not enough time. But the Minnesota game I noticed the line playing better and providing time- yet orton looked very uncomfortable and rushing throws. It seems both the line and orton have been continuing that trend linearly- the line up and orton down.
I enjoy Dan Carlin's podcast "hardcore history". He does an excellent 4 part podcast on WW I-

so do you think all we need is to add one quality lineman and we will have a good line? I want a smash mouth line that can win the battle of 4th and 1!
Can Cyril Richardson become a solid guard for us? I read his draft bio and the knock was a bad body. Can he build up his strength and be a quality starter? If Cyril, kugo, or Chris Williams could become a quality, reliable starter that would free up draft and free agent needs. Or do we just need 3 new guards?
A rare whiff by Whaley. Whaley has been great, but last year was a stellar draft class, and kujo in second is looking lousy- Jeremy hill, Morgan Moses, Chris Borland, jimmy garapolo, Allen Robinson etc were all available
So many games this year the Bills D dominated the first half and presented the offense with great field position over and over(KC and Houston for example). A good QB would put those games a way with 3 or 4 first half TDs. But instead we get FG's(Carpenter offensive MVP) and turnovers. I know Houston was on EJ, but we have been lacking that knockout punch from our QB
Much respect for our secondary. Gilmore is quietly one of the better young cbs in the nfl. Aaron Williams is one of my favorite bills and definitely a leader. And the depth has been outstanding. We have come a long way from justin Rogers. And how can you not love robey's game?
