  1. Last verse of This Land is Your Land. "As I went walking I saw a sign there And on the sign it said "No Trespassing." But on the other side it didn't say nothing, That side was made for you and me."
  2. Money is the ruiner of everything. It is killing sports, it is quite evident with the Olympics. I used to love watching Olympics, but now I find the commercialism sickening. And I no longer watch
  3. Interesting. And that might factor into us keeping 5 WR's instead of 6. Smith is valuable for roster space with him as #3 QB, #6 WR, returner, wildcat...
  4. Derek Hagan is the darkhorse here. He has the size/speed combo we could use at #2 WR. Plus he has experience. The #2 battle is very compelling with Jones, Easley, Graham, and perhaps Hagan, Aiken, or Clowney. Anyone could step up and win that spot
  5. Save the team a lot of money and pay the man before he blows up this season
  6. Byrd is one of the great safetys in the NFl and the Bills must extend him and Levitre now!
  7. aaron Pierce and some other talking head said the same thing- not this year Bills. Good it is always better to be underestimated
  8. Rubber neckers should mind their own !@#$ing business and keep the traffic moving. What are they hoping to see anyhow? Sick nosy !@#$s! This thread is spot on. I have noticed many times the right lane is going faster then the left lane. Too many ignorant drivers have zero common sense, and it only takes one. A driver doing 50 in the left lane is much more dangerous then a drunk driver doing 80 in the left lane IMO. It backs up traffic and makes people make a dangerous pass on the right. The passing lane is just that, it is used for passing. If you are in the left land and it is doing 80 MPH- you do 80 MPH or pull over to the left lane. It is about flow. And those rude !@#$s that don't pull over when you are trying to enter a highway are **** too. What happened to common courtesy? The anonymity of driving on highway reminds me of the internet- people are ruder thus. And I can't stand those !@#$s that try and pass on the right when traffic is heavily congested and you are keeping a safe following distance. I see it all the time on 95/395. People drive like they need to get to the hospital asap, making dangerous attempts trying to pass on right, cutting off drivers....then they get on open highway on 395 and do 65?!?! What the hell was all that swerving about?
  9. Is this thread about Troup or Gronk? I could care less about Gronk and was curious to hear how Troup was doing. Besides, I thought this was a Bills board
  10. we are all set at WR. Cuts will be tough
  11. I love Buffalo because I grew up there, I had awesome neighbors and friends, and I love how friendly, down to earth, and helpful Buffalo natives are, and I thank them very much for helping shape me into the man I am today!
  12. Imagine if we had a Manhattan Project to solve the energy crisis.
  13. Man I love the blues! I had a blues epiphany when I was in Chicago at Kingston Mines early 90's. Son House Skip James Charlie Patton Blind Willie Johnson ^for starters- they wrote the book Fred McDowell, Magic Sam, Junior Wells are some of my favorites. That's a good start awesome! R.L. is one of my favorites as well(and the track you selected is one of favorites by R.L.). Well done
  14. Hey, how is your garden looking? My over ambitious garden is constantly expanding like the universe. I still am learning the nuances though. Question- can someone recommend a tried and true way to train tomato's besides a tomato cage? I read about the Florida weave. Any have luck with that?
  15. I am very sorry for your loss. Dogs are family
  16. NPR had a fascinating segment on Hill the other day. For example, Hill loved to rob trucks. His favorite type of truck to rob was a truck filled with razors. Why? Because they were easy to unload, hard to track, they fetch a huge price in a small package, and he could make a fortune selling to a discount store. That is why Hill was a wise guy oops- here is the segment http://www.npr.org/2012/06/15/155093267/for-wiseguy-henry-hill-mobster-days-were-over
  17. Not to hijack this thread-but I understand what you are saying. Grass fed cows are not very utilitarian to feed the mass's. And some studies state that cows cause 31% of global warming(18% methane, 13% transportation, pesticides, etc) and contribute more to global warming then all cars, planes, trains combined. It's on my conscious - just as Coltan on my cell phone is. But people need to eat. And the cows are treated much better then factory farming. Not to mention we need the small farmers. So yes indeed, power to the small farmer!
  18. That sucks JBoyst. Good for you for grass fed beef. God bless the small farmer. Power to the farmers! And good luck to you!
  19. horrible comedian IMO. That guy annoys the **** out of me
