I would always trade down if the deal is good for us. My gut feeling is this years talent is thinner then it's been in the past, especially at QB. There are no elite QB's, and not much separates the top QB from the 6th ranked QB. I would never reach for need(cough....Mike WIlliams). So when trading down, I would try and pull a Pats move and gain an additional #1 next year. Something like trade down to 30, and pick up an additional 2nd, and next years #1. That allows you to take a shot at a QB in the first 2 rounds, and two number 1's next year just in case. So if I was GM- I sign Levitre and Franchise Byrd, or vice versa. I sign Dave Nelson. McKelvin, Kyle Moore. I target Brian Hartline and Martellus Bennett as free agents. I draft 2 QB's, 3-4 LBers, pass rushers, and secondary help...

I was in first grade at Gardenville in West Seneca. We actually went to school that day. The snow came so fast- we got snowed in. They opened up the cafeteria for dinner. And I slept on my classroom floor with my nap rug. I was awoken in the middle of the night by a teacher- and some stranger loaded their car up with me and a few kids and drove us home in the blizzard. I got dropped off at the end of my road, and had a couple block walk home. I remember it dumping snow, and being blown side to side from the winds. I stayed outside as long as I could trying to savor the storm. But I was tired and headed home after awhile. I will always remember that late night walk in those conditions!

I agree 100%. For example- Kitchen Aid mixers used to be made by Hobart and were industrial strength. 25 year old Kitchen Aid mixers blow away the new $350 ones. Light bulbs are designed obsolesence. There is a light bulb in California that has been on almost continuously the past 112 years. We have the technology for light bulbs that last a lifetime. But greedy mother!@#$ers have light bulbs engineered to expire often so we continually have to purchase them. How is that for progress?

What items do you think used to be better made? For me- two come to mind- Levi's. When I was a kid, a pair would last me a year- even though I would play street hockey in them, football, climb fences, etc. Now I find they tear easily, and rarely last 6 months. Also, jeans used to fit properly. For the love of God, can I get a pair of Levi's that doesn't show the crack of my ass? No baggy jeans please, and I am not a fat ass that needs loose fitting. I just want a 1970's pair of Levis. Lighters-remember when concert goers would hold their lighters? Try doing that now. Lighters are inferior today. It is a short flame, and they run out quick. FIFA and the NHL have flow, and are quite watchable IMO. The NFL has on average 12 minutes of action- and yet takes almost 4 hours to watch. Damn shame the greedy mother!@#$ers ruined a beautiful game

I have two funny stories about friend's cars stolen. One friend had a defective gas tank gauge that always read full. He had to write down miles and keep track to make sure he had gas. So one morning he walks out to his apartment parking lot- and his car was missing. Thief stole it, and ran out of gas on 95 and hoofed it. Well funny thing was there was $3000 worth of electrolux vacuums in trunk. Second story, I picked up a girl I used to date in New Haven. We headed east over Q bridge in New Haven and we see a car broken down on side of road. She says "hey, that looks just like my car". It turned out it was. It was stolen and broke down And Dank man, I am sorry for your situation and hope it works out for you

I do watch the Bills online occasionally from a private feed, commercial free. And I find highlights online. But commercials were a deal breaker for me. 20 years ago commercials were barely tolerable. But now it is total overkill. Money is the ruiner of all things good. I would pay to watch some bills games as long as they were commercial free. As of now, I haven't watched the nfl or TV for 2 years- and find both unwatchable due to commercials. And I am not missing either
