Dan Carpenter is guaranteed $2,150,000 this season. We do not need deadcap money for a rookie !@#$ing kicker.
As mentioned, we need NT, DE, OLB, LB G, S, WR, QB- why the !@#$ would you waste a pick on a kicker?
The General. I own it in blue ray. The last great silent film, and it was the most expensive film made for many decades. 93% on rotten tomatoes is pretty good too. Buster Keaton was a comedic genius that is underappreciated http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1008166-general/
Please draft Reggie Ragland
please don't draft Ragland, at least in the first. Give me Sheldon Rankins, Noah Spence, Andrew Billings, Su'a, Lee, Butler....
Trading down is always a good move. Sometimes teams are desperate for a player, and will overpay. I am a fan of the Pats system- trading down, and stockpiling draft picks next year
I would prefer a coach who does not talk ****, and does not stay assinine things before a game such as:
In his Monday news conference in Western New York, Ryan was asked what the Patriots do that enables their "no-name running backs" to thrive. The questioner didn't mention Dion Lewis by name, but referenced "the kid last week" who had "done nothing in the league" and "all of a sudden he's a star."
Ryan's response could be viewed as bulletin-board material in New England.
"It's the kid that's playing quarterback. That'll make it a lot easier to be a running back," he said. "So what, are you gonna play them in eight-man spacing? I don't think so. So that's what makes them -- I don't care, put anybody back there. You can do good there. All right?
"Nah, I mean they're decent backs in their own right. But I don't think we're gonna focus on that kid. I can't even tell you that kid's name. But you're gonna focus on the guy throwing the ball, I'll tell you that much."
Su'a will be a first rounder IMO and will not get past Carolina. He is the new NFL LBer. He can blitz, attack the line of scrimmage, cover a TE, or cover a deep route. He is tailor made for Rex's defense. And I am ok with using a first rounder on him(preferably after a trade down). LB is our biggest need, and give me Su'a over Darron Lee or Floyd
The 4-12 Cowboys are ranked many spots above us. As are the Jets- who have been the Bills B word the last 3 years. It is always better to be underestimated
I think the Sabres will go deep into the playoffs next season. The Sabres are finishing strong. They have a great young core. Fashing and Nelson look promising. We have cap room and might end up in the lottery. And we have plenty of picks to either parlay into top 6 or a defenseman, or we could stockpile Rochester. I am interested in seeing what Murray does this offseason. He is a wheeler-dealer. The future is bright
How about we draft Andrew Billings, a real nose tackle- and kick out Dareus to Mario's spot? I like Rankins, but feel Dareus is being wasted at NT. And you don't pay your NT $100,000,000
I do like Rankins though, and this is a solid draft
What is up with Ty Powell? We need LBers and he seems like a good inside backer. Is the injury worse then originally thought? Any chance he ends up on the Bills? I found this blurb from last preseason
Bills coach Rex Ryan has been impressed by reserve ILB Ty Powell's performance at OTAs.
Powell has reeled in four interceptions and seems to have found a home at inside linebacker. The 27-year-old saw 46 snaps last season, all at outside linebacker. The Bills have since switched from a 4-3 to Ryan's 3-4 scheme. Powell is trying to secure a backup role behind Nigel Bradham and Preston Brown. Wed, Jun 10, 2015 12:21:00 PM
