  1. So we have done a great job loading up on offense and retaining most of our best contributors. Yet we still could use help on oline. And we have lost searcy (and maybe Spikes) and haven't made any defensive moves. I dig all the signings this year, and have faith in Whaley. Our defense has potential to be one of the all time great. But with so few draft selections- how/who do we add to defense? It seems like we are going linebacker at 50. I know Doug has something up his sleeve. What's his plan?
  2. Fingers crossed. Damn I have been at the edge of my seat the past 4 days! My dream offseason will be complete if we sign clay and trade for Mathis. If that is the case, this team has no holes. One of the qbs will step up with all those weapons. It is a great day to be a bills fan!
  3. http://www.thephinsider.com/2014/7/17/5913477/the-curious-case-of-charles-clay Miami's most improved player was recognized this offseason by being named the NFL's 89th best player. ESPN's Field Yates recently reported that Clay made the list of NFL sources for "biggest matchup nightmares", a list shared by Rob Gronkowski, Adrian Peterson and Calvin Johnson. The league knows who Charles Clay is now? But do we? What else does the future hold for Miami's offensive weapon?
  4. If we lose Easley, we need special teamer players. Powell could fill that
  5. http://withthefirstpick.com/2011/04/19/bilal-powell-scouting-report/scouting report on Powell. Runs hard, blocks, and can catch the ball. Tough, high character, punishes tacklers. Comparison- Fred Jackson. Damn. I would be nervous if I was Freddie. Powell would be his affordable replacement. The nfl is cold
  6. i would love to see us trade brown and get Powell. Powell is a great blocker. Brown is a fumbling machine- I don't trust him with football
  7. Lou potty is best run blocking guard in the nfl. He is enormous, and he can move. But he also gave up 6 sacks last year
  8. we are not done yet buddy. Whaley has something up his sleeve. And he plans on filling team needs through free agency
  9. hopefully we can. Meeks is a mystery to me. I didn't understand the draft pick(it didn't seem like he did much of anything in college). And he seems to be inactive or hurt. Has he actually played? Ladler might surprise. He is my pick for sleeper player
  10. We don't need running backs. Can he play guard?
  11. I would like us to sign Clay and think he is best option for us at TE and love his versatility. Whaley stated he wants to fill our needs through free agency, the go BPA for draft. So what are our needs and how do we fix them? TE- Clay OL- at least a starting G DE- we need Hughes! Pay the man. I like Sheard too and you can never have too many pass rushers LB- inside backer, hopefully Spikes S- searcy is gone- we could use another safety and few are out there. Corey Graham? Is it possible with cap constraints to fill all team needs with free agency?
  12. I am a little nervous. Losing searcy, Hughes, and spikes will set our D back. I love that Rex will be aggressive with our scheme. But I am nervous between our cap situation and lack of draft picks that there will be a drop off. Right now we need a quality TE, G, de, s, lb - can Whaley do it? I like sheard and brooks reed a lot for our D
  13. Iupati Sheard Brooks Reed Spikes
  14. i love this. Covering tool is blaspheme, but these kids nail it. And that singer is incredible. I dig the xylophone zepp too. Very talented bunch of kids
  15. offense regressed 2014 from 2013
  16. Hey, I just read the Bills are 60-1 odds for next years Super Bowl. So are the rams. It is always better to be underestimated Bills-rams Super Bowl. I am calling it now. Two super talented, young, hungry teams with lackluster QB play and top defenses- two very similar teams
  17. http://m.espn.go.com/general/blogs/blogpost?blogname=buffalo-bills&id=9616&src=desktop We aren't receiving any comp picks. We also signed Corey Graham and Wynn
  18. so 3-5 in superbowls. That would project to 6-10. By those metrics, the past 15 years have been success for bikls
  19. facts are now ignorant? Lol have you ever heard of a double Irish double Dutch sandwich?
  20. Good article. Not everyone who plays in the nfl is a millionaire. But everyone in nfl puts it all on the line every Sunday. They play with injuries and head trauma- because they will lose job if they don't play. Most will suffer rest of their lives- even though average nfl career is only 3.3 years. The nfl makes billions off these warriors, yet does not pay one cent in taxes. And meanwhile, exnfl players suffer their own personal way
