I found this blurb from last preseason Bills coach Rex Ryan has been impressed by reserve ILB Ty Powell's performance at OTAs. Powell has reeled in four interceptions and seems to have found a home at inside linebacker. The 27-year-old saw 46 snaps last season, all at outside linebacker. The Bills have since switched from a 4-3 to Ryan's 3-4 scheme. Powell is trying to secure a backup role behind Nigel Bradham and Preston Brown.
