I have a gym set up at home. It is a fairly inexpensive set up. Pull/dip bar, Revolution balance board, Bosu Ball, Mobility balls, medicine ball, kettlebells, slant boards, pvc pipes, baseball bat, exercise bands. I try and train core every day, differently. Day 1 I do upper body. Day 2 lower body. Day 3 Yoga and/or Cardio. Balance exercises and yoga poses daily There are so many excellent training videos on youtube. I particularily enjoy the Stack NFL training videos- Drew Brees, Dwight Freeney, Antonio Brown- all very different approach's with training down to a science

It is my belief that the croque madame, banh mi, and gyro are the finest sandwiches in the world. However the best individual sandwich I had is a 1# prime rib sandwich with a horseradish sauce from Benny's in Centerbrook CT. They would sell out by noon every day. It was only like 11$ too. Sadly Benny's got bought out a couple years ago and is already out of business. But that was a phenomenal grinder!

When Cordy was drafted, most teams projected him playing G, but Buffalo kicked him outside. Could Cordy start at G? I know he is making bank and that would be overpaying for a G, But he could be quality there, it fills a need, and it beats $10 million in dead cap

Is there any chance Cordy Glenn stays? Is he healthy? What trade value does he have? Quality LT are in high demand, and many teams are lacking. What compensation would we receive? Draft pick? Is Lorenzo gone? It seems that way. Why?

We need help in many areas for sure. The draft is top heavy with RB's. This years RB class might even be better the last year(Fournette, Hunt, Cook, Kamera etc). We should't pass two years of strong RB's. Our offense sucked last year . And that was with 31 year old Shady, What happens if he gets hurt? RB is a big need IMO. Along with QB, DT, Edge, MLB, G, WR, CB

Jones is going to a great pro. The strength of this draft is RB's. We should grab one early
