Warrior three pose is great for stretching hamstrings. My left upper hamstring tightens up. When it's real tight, i use two 4' wooden dowels for support and I try and hold that pose for 3 minutes

German-Sweden match was excellent. Germany was behind most of the game. Sweden got jobbed out of a penalty kick, and played great. Chippy play. All 3 goals excellent. Game winner game scored with less than a minute of stoppage time left. Just an incredible strike! Sweden-Mexico will be excellent game, and probably an elimination game. Wednesday should be fantastic soccer

Iran-Spain was entertaining. Even though Spain played it safe, Iran had several near goals. And Spain's passing is a thing of beauty. I prefer English attacking style, but Spain controls the match

Spain is having a hard time against Iran's defense. Sure they have controlled the ball, but they can't get much on net

What is the general consensus on Michelle Beadle?
Pete replied to The Poojer's topic in Off the Wall Archives
hot as !@#$ IMO. She seems like a cool chick to hang with -
Quick impressions- England's style is the funnest to watch. They look great, except some blown easy goals and a stupid penalty. Mexico's counter attack is fun to watch, and they played great. Belgium looks like contenders. As does Brazil. Watch out for a pissed off Germany

Have you ever been arrested and what for?
Pete replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Every arrest story mentioned involves alcohol. No true crimes were perpetrated. One cannot commit a crime against them self. I thought prohibition ended. I doubt any story mentioned would have someone arrested in Europe -

It's fantastic that Shaq and Miller(23% body fat!) showed up in great shape. We could really use good seasons from both. And what a battle at WR! IMO Kelvin-Kerley-Zay will make it, and we keep 6. Therefore only 3 of Riley, Proehl, Malachi, Holmes, Bray, Streater, Clay, Ray Ray, Foster, and Phillips will make it. May the best 3 win it

Who Will Be The Buffalo Bills Comeback Player Of 2018-2019
Pete replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am hoping for Shaq and Zay, but instead thinking Trent and/or Hughes. And I am certain Lorax gets to QB more frequently with our defense additions -
I have always been a big fan and even have his Le Halles cookbook(I love Fbombs in cookbooks!). I dug A Cooks Tour, and Kitchen Confidential is mandatory reading for any chef. This is so tragic. I was shocked to saw that he had a show on CNN and wondered if felt like a total sellout-like some of his targets. Bourdain lived every chefs dream life- travel the world, sample all the world flavors, party with locals, have chef buddies show you their town, getting hooked up by chefs world wide constantly....all that, Tony had an 11 year old daughter, and it still didn't help his depression. I wish peace to Tony and his family

Who Will Be The Buffalo Bills Comeback Player Of 2018-2019
Pete replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good choices. That is a disappointing group that needs to step up, with the exception of Lorax IMO. The dude is a beast, as witnessed in Jacksonville playoff game. He plays every special team play and excels. And he was not used properly last season, and had zero help from front 4. Lorax is one of my favorite Bills -
Albert Breer: AFC East Offseason Report Cards
Pete replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Jets lucked out when Darnold slid. They lucked out when Leonard Williams slid. And they lucked out when Jamal Adams slid. Those are 3 big pieces that they totally lucked out on. The rest of their drafts are not so hot. But not even the Jets could !@#$ up the 3 picks that fell on their laps -
I like Tyrod and wish him well, but 65 yard passing games does not cut it in the NFL. I keep being told it is a passing league. Sure 300 yard games are not a measure of success. But they often are a byproduct of winning. And 8 300 yard passing games(1 JP, 4 Fitz, 3 Kyle, 1 Tyrod) since 2004 is pathetic.

Tre' White: #31 on PFF's Top 50 Players of 2018
Pete replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Micah at 62 and Tre at 31! The Bills defense created a lot of turnovers last year without any pass rush at all. This years Bills D is much improved. And they will be fun to watch. Micah and Tre are both playmakers. And Edmunds, Trent, Star, and Harrison should bring it. I think this years defense will be one of the better ones in the NFL -
12/24/16 Tyrod went for 329 against Miami. Is it correct that before that the last 300 yard passer was JP Losman throwing for 340 against Texans 11/19/06? I realized we have been horrible passing for a long time, but I didn't realize it was that big a draught. Hopefully whenever Josh gets his shot, he can string together some 300 yard games and bring a new dimension to our offense

nope 14-2- my guess is he went to UTennessee

My guess is he is dyslexic

Howard Simon Tries To Do 1 Pull Up For Charity
Pete replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pull ups are a tough exercise and I agree that 50% of men over 18 cannot do 1. I am a lean 185 and do 15. But it took a lot of work to get back to that number. Some days tendonitis in my forearm acts up, and I cannot do 4. I rest it for a week or two, and I am back in double digits. Pull ups require forearm strength, core strength, shoulder strength, lat activation and are a great measure of strength IMO. What you bench usually does not impress me. But 100 good form pushups or 20 pullups(or 10 weighted) impresses the hell out of me -
The supplemental draft, is there anyone in there for us?
Pete replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bryant ran a 4.24 and deadlifts 600 pounds. We could use secondary depth -
