Pete replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
that is our 3 biggest needs, could be BPA, and good chance those are our first 3 picks -

sneaky high draft pick. I was wondering which S/LB would make a good big nickel for our D

3, possibly 4 QBs taken in the 1st rd before the Bills pick?
Pete replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
well for months it's been believed Denver will select Lock. Lock had a great combine, 6'4 cannon arm, etc. Lock meets with Denver tomorrow. The whole world knows Denver is interested in Lock at pick 10. So let's say Kyler goes 1, and Gmen select Haskins(who also impressed) at 6. If another team is interested in Lock, they must jump Denver at picks 7, 8, or 9. We are sitting in an action spot. Some team will have to pay a premium to jump Denver -

One of those teams will get Rosen if the Cardinals do indeed take Kyler. If Kyler goes first, and Haskins shortly after, I can see people panicking to trade up for Drew Lock. And if Lock goes before us, I can see tulip mania happening and some team trading up for Daniel Jones. Teams get crazy trying to find the right QB -
I HATE that the NFL moved the draft to April 30. If I recall right, the combine used to be in February, and the draft in March. I don't like how they drag it out over 3 days either. Nor all the pomp and circumstance and the ***** drama. I agree with Mike Mayocks freakout last year (paraphrasing"it's ridiculous! It is the biggest day of this kids life and the pick is made by a monkey"). Goodall is a clown

I'm sick of seeing the Bills not being able to stop the run! BPA at 9 will almost certainly be defensive line. Bosa-Williams-Oliver-Wilkins-Gary I would like with our first pick. If not those 5-Jawaan Taylor-Hotchinson-White-DK. There- that is 9 players that would start, and certainly 1-3 QB's will be drafted pre pick 9, so we will have choices. I prefer depth of OL vs DT. Chris Lindstrom with our second pick(hopefully after a trade back) I would dig. Then we can trade up from 3rd round 9 slot and secure our TE- Alize Mack, Josh Oliver, Jace Sternberger we might have a shot at. So 3 picks, we have starters at 3 tech, G, and TE- and we have 7 selections were we can look for depth at LB, RB, WR, CB, S, T and special teams. These picks if done right, stack the roster 1-53

NFL.com Bucky Brooks 2019 Mock Draft Version 3.0
Pete replied to freddyjj's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love a good rant! John Oliver has some excellent rants IMO. Ed Oliver would be an excellent Buffalo Bill -
I like the idea of trading back and using extra pick on RB- I am ok with Darrell Henderson or Josh Jacobs

I get that we need a T but think we will be making a huge mistake if we pass on John Oliver. If we can trade back and get paid nicely, I would trade way back and draft Christian Wilkins. -
good hopefully he slides to 3rd or 4th. We need a RB- JJ would be my first choice, even after 40 time. I would draft JJ on sale

Are you embarrassed to wear Bills gear?
Pete replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The tide is about to turn Bills brother! New England is enjoying their run now- Brady will be 42 opening day-their days at the top are numbered. I love what Beane and company are doing now! The next 20 years are ours. He who laughs last laughs hardest. I went to school in NH, spent a lot of time in Boston, I have many friends from that area that have busted my balls since the 90's about the Bills/Pats. Our day is coming. I think you hear us knocking New England. We are going to bust the door down! And I will laugh hardest. Go Bills! and wearing Bills gear, it's great to meet fellow Bills fans in enemy territory! -

One good thing about sucking for 20 years is that there are no front running Bills fans. If you see someone with Bills gear on, you know they are a real fan. You catch so much ***** wearing a Bills hat in some areas. Bring it on. I wear it proudly -

***** no! I rock Bills gear in New England almost daily! And if I ever see someone with Bills gear on, I always go and meet them. -
I am doubting that Oliver slides to 9, but if he is there we must select him IMO

With recent news, Is Sweat worth the risk?
Pete replied to Mat68's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wouldn't take him at 9 without a heart condition -
in doing these mock drafts it seems like to me it's deep at TE(good TE's through round 5), LB(solid thru 5),RB(thru 5 again) OL(thru 4). I put our needs 1-DT, TE 2-OT 3-Edge 4-LB 5-S 6-CB 7-WR,RB. Therefore I would figure which round I could wait to draft a TE, and try and draft DT and OT first

Shady and Ivory will be 31 this season. Gore 36. That's 98 years worth of RBs. That would be a sick backfield in 2013
