TE yes really. Cutting Kroft saves almost $6 million. Take that money, add to it, and sign Hunter Henry. Two tight end sets are en vogue, and our offense certainly needs all the help it gets. Sign Henry, add lineman, a RB, a #1WR, and a couple more, with deepest WR draft perhaps of all time. do you actually believe we are set at TE with Kroft, Knox, and Lee Smith?

I think most of agree the Bills biggest needs are WR and Edge. With $90 million it behooves the Bills to fix both before the draft. Elite edge players don't come cheap. Beane has made plays for Clowney before. I'm sure he is doing his due diligence on Clowney, and if he's a great fit, he will very much be a player for Clowney. IMO Seattle tags Clowney. Beane will sign Edge and WR . He will make a big signing at WR, Edge, OL, or TE IMO.

My pre FA guess- If Jeudy, Lamb, Ruggs slide to 10+, Beane trades up for our new #1 WR.

Clowney and Mathew Slater would be my top FA priorities. Clowney would replace Lorax. Slater is the greatest special teamer not named Steve Tasker of all time. Special teams need much improvement

Beane trades multiple times. We are in a good spot at 22- a great player might slide to us. But I am guessing Beane trades down for 2nd and 3rds, draft picks next year, and trades up for 4th round picks, consolidating all our picks into top 120 picks

I would re-sign Spain, and negotiate with Jordan Phillips. Phillips would be a big loss. But we get Harrison Phillips back, so perhaps we don't need to spend big money on essentially backup DT. I'd make a splash and sign Clowney to replace Lorax. Add either Jason Verrit or Justin Simmons to secondary over KJ Replace Lawson with Carl Nassib. Add FA value RB and WR Add special team FA With all our draft picks, draft -WR,OT,RB,WR,OL,LB It's fun to play Beane with all this cap room and draft picks, and not too may needs . This is a deep roster, and will be much deeper and more talented next season. Let's go Buffalo!
