i feel like hardy does to an extent...i mean, thought the offense looked pretty putrid actually...and cinci's defense pretty much sucks. but it's not like we're not getting it done. we sure as hell are. all you can do is line up and beat the teams on your schedule.

speaking of which...once my buddy and i were completely ripped at lulu's in atlanta, and we stumbled into none other than kirk herbstreet...we coulda been cool and asked him all kinds of insightful questions about football...instead, all we could do was blabber out "WHERSH BEANO!?" about 17 times in a five minute conversation. nice guy though- i give him credit for tolerating our drunken asses pretty well.

i agree...we had some very good dynamic individual defensive players, but i think the current defense is better....not GREAT, but better. the 99 defense was the closest thing wer had to GREAT in my lifetime. i never saw the 64-65 teams play(was born in 65).

you are right...plus, any resemblance between this and the 90-93 o-lines (from the fisrt post)is purely coincidental. if we lost mcgahee tomorrow these guys would have us right back to 6-10. meanwhile if you took thurman out and replaced him with kenny davis we never missed a beat. that tells me all you need to know about the two lines. the bills are looking good these days, but the o-line still needs work, imo.

i don't know but it was a B word navigating my mini cooper through that sh-- to get home on sunday! it was our first trip through the snow together and i can see i am going to need to be very very careful in bad weather. wow.
