The premise that the Bills have regressed is based on the assumption that none of the top three draft choices significantly contribute. If even one of them contributes the defense will not regress. The biggest question mark with the defense is Rex Ryan. The offensive question mark is really the right side of the line, if they can just get adequate play from those guys, they will be fine. I believe Taylor will just get better for reasons already expressed in this thread. The Hogan thing is just silly, he was a street free agent a couple of years ago, who was ok, but no big deal. Hogan will probably have a good year with the Pats, but it will be more because of Brady and the offense they play than Hogan's skill.

What's a top three receiver? So because Harvin (nut case) and Hogan (street FA) are gone that position is a mess? Three of the five offensive linemen are very good, two are question marks due to injury/illness. I'm guessing the powers that be at One Bills Drive are aware of this, and if they think it is a problem they will address it. Everybody is one hit away from retirement. If a teams biggest issues are return man and place kicker, I'd say they were in pretty good shape.

Not only that, but Bucky says the draft picks probably suck because the Bills suck. So why spend any money on them. Rex sucks, they should just forfeit the season and disband.
