  1. That makes sense from the standpoint of fans. It would be the opposite for the county and Bills owners, they receive no revenue from tailgating. In Atlanta they priced food and drinks reasonably to get people in the building. Erie county and the Pegulas would have to factor that into any decision.
  2. I have not been to game in OP in along time, so I’m legitimately asking. Why is OP location more conducive to a better game day experience?
  3. It appears that the game is being broadcast live on NFL Network.
  4. Why did you have to bring up Orton? I had finally gotten over him sliding when there wasn’t anyone within 15 yards.
  5. I think UCF falls in the “major program” category, I think USF is in next tier along with FAU, and even FIU. I don’t disagree that there are a lot of transplanted fans, I’ve been to a number of Bills, Dolphins games, while the crowd is predominantly Fins fans, there are a lot of Bills fans. Same is true of the other professional teams. The college teams have been established longer and there are way less transplanted fans of other teams. I have no idea what corporations are headquartered in Jacksonville.
  6. Gainesville is seventy miles from Jacksonville, the Gators play Georgia in Jacksonville every year, a so called neutral site. Make no mistake it is Gator country. There are three NFL franchises in Florida, two NHL teams, two NBA teams, two MLB teams and four major college programs.
  7. Wait, what? Where did the purple bra come from? And why would a Packers fan where anything purple?
  8. A few years ago at a Bills, Dolphins game in Miami a really drunk woman with a group of Bills fans (all pretty drunk), thought I was a Dolphins fan so she started hitting me with foam finger (I know I know), finger fell off and she kept hitting me. I finally grabbed her wrist, at that point guy with her intervenes. Guy with her did the right thing, the man with the woman in the video choose to escalate things. Also man in the white tee shirt didn’t hit her until she swung at him a second time, Not saying what he did was right, he should have walked away and gotten security. Easy for me to say.
  9. Awaiting trial for Capital riot.
  10. I’m hoping the only thing he does is hand off in garbage time.
  11. I don’t understand what the point is with guys like Wade. If the league is really trying to expand the talent pool and league popularity let these guys dress, but be exempt from the 53. At least then you could give them some reps even if it is just garbage time.
  12. Is Audacy a UDFA? Is he a CB?
  13. Is 116 yards per game production from platooned RBs bad?
  14. I’d like them to each get 1000 yards.
  15. I’m okay with either Sherman or Gaines. I can’t get past Norman getting destroyed by Derrick Henry.
  16. We often hear about coverage sacks. You are correct the inverse of coverage sack is also true.
  17. Or how about the 1971 1-13 campaign?
  18. Really? Shall I recap 1968 for you? 1-12-1 only win was over the Jets.
  19. I like the draft being a three day event, yes the production can be annoying (see commissioner’s leather chair), but it is less tedious that the Saturday marathon used to be. I watched NFL Network live (mostly) and recorded ESPN and ABC, only watched Bills picks on the latter two. Before Bills first pick Mel Kiper said Allen had to be both QB and RB, which tells me he never watched Bills. Since we actually watched the Bills you will recall that after about the forth game Allen pretty much stopped running the ball. Kiper also said Allen was like a single wing QB, which shows how little he knows about football. Having played in a single wing, the QB is the equivalent of today’s H back, mostly a blocker. Ball is snapped to the tailback in the shotgun. How do these guys have jobs?
