  1. The ball and player are considered in-bounds as long as the player has not stepped/touched out-of-bounds. If the player is not in contact with the ground when going out of bounds, the line of gain is when the ball passes the plane of OB. This is true as long as the player is in contact with the ground. However, if the ball was held out of bounds and the player never establishes possession in-bounds (touching the ground) while the ball is past the plane, then it is not TD.
  2. I agree that this both points will decrease the effective death rate, but to definitely say that the death rate will not increase with a drastic increase in cases is hopeful at best.
  3. The Bills have scored more than 16 points in 10 out of 15 games. That's not enough proof?
  4. That's true. After going back and looking at that season, not many of those games were "blowouts".
  5. You realize most of the drought was under Wilson's reign, right? like that 3-13 season?
  6. I also vote for another group
  7. This implies I want to pay for (and can afford) DirectTV to start with, which I do not.
  8. C'mon Albany stations. I regret living in upstate "Jets territory".
  9. So question for everyone in this thread - I already have this guy blocked, but is there a way to block threads posted by him as well? I've clicked on 4-5 already today and it's getting pretty old.
  10. I'd rather pay that to Gaines than to Gilmore.
  11. So you'd rather be 9-7 and in a tiebreaker scenario (likely winning) for wildcard than 10-6 and in a tiebreaker scenario (likely losing) for seeds 3/4?
  12. Ummm, no? Losses hurt chances of making playoffs, period. Losses to the NFC just hurt less.
  13. Wow man, defensive just a little bit? I was asking for sources, not insulting you mother. Further, I was not challenging you, I was asking for sources so that I could see what you were basing your argument on. I was not arguing the opposite, though apparently you took it that way. Since you won't (or can't) produce your sources that you claim exist AND are trying to use them to support your argument AND are attacking me for asking, I'll assume that you are basing your facts on nothing, and therefore will be ignoring you. That's not how making an argument works. You are supposed to back up your stance with facts and references. Making a statement and then daring someone to disprove it is generally a strategy of someone who doesn't have a leg to stand on. Further, I wasn't making an argument for or against if Whaley has been successful drafting. I welcome references that support either, that is what I call being "informed". Yay, an argument with supporting references!
  14. Do you have links for any of these?
  15. Looks like the 18 ranking was last week's. DraftTek now says #12.
