All i ever said was that EJ playing with the 3's against the 1's will make him a better QB... And from my understanding, EJ isnt the only one throwing INTs or Fumbling to Non Starters....but hey....thats what Preseason games are for... Yes, I am an EJ supporter...i see the upside in him after the past 15 years of mediocre to horrendous QBing, why even allow another average QB with no upside (Cassell) to even SNIFF Eric Wood's Jock Strap!!! This should have been strictly a TT and EJ fire fight!!!! But like everything else, this is IMO. I thought he tried to remain as neutral on it as possible...at least gave a good full picture so others could make their own assumptions of the play. Last time I checked..we are talking recent (after scrimmage time). And yes, it was reported that EJ was given spot duty with the 1's this week. However, was primarily running with the 3's or otherwise known as the scout team... Never said Cassel was playing 1 O' against 3 D'..but can see how you can infer that, assuming that I must be experiencing Tunnel vision and believing that only the 2 O can play against the 2 D.... All I said is that EJ playing with the 3 O' against the 1 D' will make him a lot better of a QB....he plays against the best with a weak supporting cast..
