They brought back Bruce DeHaven who was the ST coach extraordinare during the 90's, but was let go for incompetence by the 49er's. Might mean he is starting to lose it or age is taking it's affect on him. ST sucked and something needs to be done ASAP.

You may be right, but he is also a leader on the field, and that is difficult to replace. It's intangibles that make Lee Evans a solid player. He rarely complains and is hardly ever hurt.

I'm surprised you could find a Coe College hat. Coe College is tiny, and you could miss it if you weren't looking for it. It's smaller than most community colleges. If I wasn't required to be in the neighborhood (ex wife was from the city of five smells - Cedar Rapids), I would never have noticed it. Pretty campus though. Just surprised you could find stuff from them. Good find.

I have wondered about this as well. I don't think Chan rates in Belicheats category, but he certainly may surprise plenty of people if the Bills build onto a core of competent and quality people. He does have an ability to get the most out of what he has to work with.

Agreed, Air Coryell changed the game as we know it. The guy needs to be there, along with Art Modell and Andre.

Colin Cowherd said this morning "don't expect the Bills to win over 5 games this year". But he also expected the Fish to win 7+ games, so go figure.

The Vikes have a new coach. The Bungles are just as bad as ever and the 49's are perrenial losers too. Jacksonville ain't doing so good either and the Titan's have a new coach too. The Bills have a chance of moving out of the lower 10% this year, under Chan's guidance and a stronger defense. Hopefully, the OL will hold throughout the season and wildcat will work, and not be a bust. Our special teams have been hideous for a long time (exception Lindel and Moorman). If that area and the OL improves, we have a shot at 8-8 or even better. The Cowgirls, the Vikes, and Titans have new coaches so don't expect anything pretty out of them. Be positive, we only suck at the end of the year...we have 16 weeks to groan.

A smaller stadium has been a hindrance for the Vikings. They want a 75,000 seat stadium, as the Metrodome is too small and not enough parking. Go big, or go home.

As long as we have a strong OL we can run it. I think those long passes are at the limit of Fitz, and I wouldn't hold my breath on Bradley (noodle arm). If we can have protection, the wildcat works. If not, it'll be another long year.

My wife and I were at the Game when Thurman went up on the wall. The smoking ban had just gone up, and some a-hole was smoking a big fat cuban in front of us. My wife is allergic, so we had to leave the game early because of him. We reported it, but the guard could care less.
