  1. Per PFT AND if there is a lockout... they still have to pay their seat license costs (they will get the tix refunded). Sometimes it is nice to be in a small market. Going to see the game does not require a second mortgage.
  2. What if he had cited references per the APA format? It seemed pretty clear to me where the info had come from. Gimme a break.
  3. You're right of course... but thats not saying too much.
  4. Venison chilil, cornbread, pretzles and a 12er of Saranac "what ales you?" Couples night, so the other two are bringing appetizers that I have no knowledge of
  5. Clip from ESPN: With the Bears on the sidelines, losers to the Packers in the NFC championship game, Obama has pronounced himself neutral -- unlike last year, when he was "pretty sympathetic" to the New Orleans Saints, or the previous year when he rooted for the Steelers. I thought he was all buddy-buddy with the Rooney Family. No love for the Steelers this year even though they are playing against Chicago's arch rival Green Bay?
  6. Yeah, politicians don't belong here. btw... ask Al Gore for the forecast in North Texas. Oh yeah, I said it!
  7. I think 1-8 on the list should be the Cowgirls.
  8. Not by me brother. I like this kid a lot. He just seems to be under the radar. I say grab him.
  9. That's fantastic. I used to think it was cool that one fan got on TV so much. Then he became the only person they would show in the crowd shots. HE IS NO ELVIS, THAT'S FOR SURE!!!! Has anyone ever seen that idiot at the Ralph?
  10. Man what a drip this guy is. Although that is not news to many here, I loved watching this press conference.
  11. 0 super bowls since they got caught cheating.
  12. What he said... perfect! People who complain about stadium traffic should STAY HOME!
  13. For once the pats* did not have the zebra advantage. Tonight's officiating was not great... But the zebras have a lot of calls to miss to make up for the "tuck rule" atrocity.
  14. Good call with the shower. The reality is rooting against the pats* more than anything else. I'm not going to get carried away and put on a fireman's hat and yell J-E-T-S, or anything like that.
  15. ...and root for the Jets. Lesser of two evils. Both of them humiliated us. I hate them both. BUT I hate the pats* more!

  17. They have always looked stupid, look at their mascot/team colors. But I agree with the other poster who said it bears repeating.
  18. I am getting sick of this idiot shilling for the pats* while masquerading as an ESPN analyst. I cannot stand this guy. Whoever is playing the pats* is always discredited. He also never says anything remotely positive about Buffalo. My latest example, per Tim Graham: "Hasselbeck predicts the Bills will win -- and not because the Jets will rest players. Hasselbeck just happens to like the matchup for the Bills. Bruschi calls Hasselbeck "crazy" and points out the Bills' defense ranks dead last against the run. The Jets will be pounding it."
  19. You poor bastard... good luck to you, man. I'm rooting for you.
  20. Tell her you love it, and hang it up!
  21. He's no bIg dummy! Btw... It is Stanford, Sanford was a junk man played by redd foxx.
  22. Smart move Mr. Salvatore! Next time I am out that way, I will eat at your establishment. And, thank you.
  23. I cannot believe the amount of money that is involved in college sports. It must be tempting to profit from it when it is all around you. I read between the lines on SC last night. Sounds to me like Pryor is a total prima-donna pain in the a$$.
