I think they'll keep Fitz. Dumping him with ink wet on his contract just one year after dumping Edwards (Chan used to like him too) would be egg in the face of a "qb guru." I really want Fitz to be the guy. I like him, I like his story. But if he struggles out of the gate next season, it could land Chan on the hot seat.

I don't understand how he (Brady) missed practice Wednesday for "non-injury related reasons," and then the next day is getting x-rays. Didn't the pats* get into trouble for listing/not listing injured players? They constantly listed Brady as probable, right? Citing a "shoulder injury." Should they get slapped for this, or is this not a big deal? (I realize this last question involves citing the pats* for doing something wrong, and the league seems to loathe doing this. )

You gotta keep FredEx... He is still under contract. His holdout leverage for next summer is greatly reduced now. He has to be more agreeable to whatever terms OBD offers. They have a stronger hand now.
