My son is a huge Seahawks fan. They are playing at the Meadowlands on 10/2 against the NYJ. It is close enough to his 14th birthday that it'd make sense to take him. Are those fans total douches to the point where they'd $h!t on a kid? I've never been down there but I'm certain some of you guys might have some helpful insight. Thanks in advance for your input.

Man... I'm not sure. I think they would've been @30. They were not allowed to move, and that's why they moved to get 61... which is directly after 60 which is their first opportunity. I've been looking for the article I read about it. I'm 95% certain about it, but cannot find it. I hate to dwell on it....

I guess I am mistaken. Were they only not allowed to move into round 1? I thought they couldn't move up in R2 as well.

The reality of this whole situation might have begun to sink in in bean town. To date their owner (who cries with 80 proof tears) has had to pony up $1M and TB's contract money was re-aligned. But last night the entire organization and their fan base suffered by missing out on round 1. Today they are anchored to their position in round 2 as well. Maybe the reality of the situation finally began to penetrate some thick skulls.

PFT is having a fit about this today. They've already had 2 stories about it. On to the draft... lets get this long off season behind us before we start seeing headlines and threads about the Kardashians and/or Bieber.

Chan Gailey was in over his head as an hc. But that's who we were getting here (see Jauron, mularkey, etc.) But he was pure class in his exit, as I recall he said he'd still root for the bills. I respected that then and still do. The same is true for Fitz... and I hated the way he left here with that Buddy Nix prank call BS. The fact that they have to punch their own ticket makes it an honorable playoff berth. They've had a hell of a season. They beat the pats* last week. If they get in, maybe they can do it again. I like that team to get in, even if it's the jests.
