  1. Also speculating on WGR that perhaps Denver is leaking other teams interest in Tebow to validate their trade up. Which makes sense.
  2. Best player available, Browns were debating between Haden and Wilson at 7.
  3. Clausen, Brown, Saffold, Campbell, Cody in that order.
  4. I was thinking Bulaga or Clausen, who went much later or are still on the board so no big loss. Take your pick of Brown, Saffold, or Campbell in round 2 and trade up for eithe Clausen or McCoy.
  5. EDinKC's avatar is so similar to SDS's, very difficult to compare.
  6. I agree, their problem is that they are overly average at just about every position. They need game changers.
  7. Do you think Modrak is the one who wrote that? Wasn't it Allen Wilson?
  8. Doug Whaley is Assistant GM, Tom Modrak's title is VP of college scouting. Bills Front Office
  9. Actually, its been reported that they're not shopping him, but would listen to offers. Also reported was that those offers needed to start with a 2nd round pick.
  10. He's a scout, he gives input but does not make the final decisions.
  11. UT or NT whichever you call it lines up in a shade or 1 tech in a 4-3. Why is it a certainty that our new scheme is a 2 gap scheme? Can he not be asked to control only 1 gap lining on the center therefore playing to his strengths as the coaching staff has said it will do? Is it impossible to run a 1 gap 3-4?
  12. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2010/02/13/n...holing-nt-role/ http://gridironfans.com/forums/latest-nfl-...ckle-bills.html
  13. Kyle Williams is their NT. There is no reason Kyle can't be succesful. He has been a starting NT at a high level for 4 years. He has the build, short/stout, and motor that you look for. I'm sure the argument will be that he is not a 2 gap player, however I have yet to see that they will be running a 2 gap system. The major issues with the defense last year was the amount of time they were on the field. They need oline and offensive playmakers. If the tackles are gone draft Clausen or Spiller.
  14. I think he was refering to St. Louis. I think they still go QB and take advantage of the drafts depth at D-line this year at the top of the 2nd round.
  15. The extramarital affair made public by that event could be deemed as a character flaw.
  16. It's impossible to learn to run routes? I would think that is something that could be taught, rather than size or speed. Also, Benn can't catch a cold.
  17. You play to win the game. I can see developing a draft strategy based on giving Trent another chance or using Brohm as a fall back. If neither pans out you can draft your QB next year. But going into a season and developing a draft strategy for this year with the idea that your team is so bad you will be able to get the top QB or any position next year is asinine. If you feel you need a QB to be successful this year, then you get a QB.
  18. I'd be happy with that draft, Saffold can play LT or kick inside at some point if Meredith, Bell, or Fox develop. The only change I might like to see is swap in O'Brien Schofield for Brandon Lang as your sig shows.
  19. That would be, but that's not what the initial post said, it was trading 9 and 41 for those picks. More realistic would be trading 9 for 24 & 37.
  20. Not that I support trading Lynch, but Gerhart ran a 4.5 at the combine, comparable to Lynch's 4.45.
  21. After Bryant's pro day and lack of a senior season i'm not sure he could be the best player available.
  22. Time Warner in CNY has Sabres in HD on channel 1050 - not MSG-HD
