I think Fitz and Brown are locked into the #2 and #3 spots on the roster. Fitz has proven to be a good #2 and Brown as a develpmental guy. If Brohm can't beat out Trent what is the point of keeping him around, and vice versa?

He had a history of having issues with coaching/authority. Do you think that is the kind of guy a new head coach wants around when starting a rebuild with a new franchise?

I don't think Brohm and Edwards make the team. I think Fitzy is the 2nd string and Brown is 3rd and the loser of Edwards vs. Brohm is cut at the end of camp.

Not sure what you expect from padless non contact drills? The blocking on the line isn't live, he can't make any tackles nor sack the QB. Should they show highlights of him lining up correctly?

Major injury issues with Brown however.

I listen to WGR quite often, and the second they start taking calls I immediately change the channel. I find the callers rarely offer anything to the discussion, are often uninformed and are always annoying.

I'll agree that it does seem odd his name wasn't mentioned. Especially since it seems they mentioned every other player who is lining up in a postion that is different from the previous regime.

I don't view a new paragraph as a logical extension, I view a new paragraph as a logical new thought. However I can see where the difference in opinion comes from. I respect what you are saying and if in fact Maybin is not playing with the first group I do feel that it could be very telling as to how the current staff feels regarding him and his ability to play OLB or his lackluster rookie season. However, If you watch the video from day 1, linked in this thread, Maybin is on the field with McKelvin when he makes his int at 2:17. Which if we are to jump to conclusions that the players listed in the article are on the first team then Maybin is on the field at the same time.

Where are you getting the info that he isn't working with the 1st group? This was under the heading "Lineups" and was explaining what positions all of the new players on the team were lining up at. Not which unit they were playing with.

Schouman does not have the speed nor the skillset to play WR. The next lowest tender is original round, which for Schouman would be a 7th round pick. For someone who is going into the season as the Bills most experience TE the slight difference in salary is likely worth the guarantee that he would not receive an offer sheet.
