  1. Is it fair to assume all QBs/people from California have this attitude/mentality? In that context that statement is more naive.
  2. I don't think those contracts can be measured against the deal Gaither received. He is an RFA who has no bargaining power. This is a gift from the Ravens to get him into camp.
  3. Matthews could make the team as a blocking TE, otherwise they'll all be cut.
  4. Also Terrelle Pryor and Christian Ponder could be 1st round prospects.
  5. They're likely closer than you think. Guys always make that transition. How many 3-4 defenses are played in college football? Most 3-4 OLB's at one point or another were DEs.
  6. That Mitchell at 6'1" 253 lbs and Poz at 6'1" 240 lbs are marginally sized as well?
  7. Like QB and LT? Maybe Edwards returns to his early 2008 form and Meredith, filling in for Bell, turns into the franchise LT we've been clamoring for.
  8. Squats are terrible for your knees, back, & hips and the muscles worked can be done so doing other exercises. Heavy olympic style lifts are becoming regarded as "primitive."
  9. Bills 5.5 Wins - OVER Leodis 3.5 INTS - OVER Division wins 1.5 - OVER Spiller TDs 6.5 - UNDER Wang starts 3.5 - OVER Brohm starts 4.5 - UNDER Hardy TDs 1.5 - OVER Best QB 8.5 TDs - OVER Games Trent Starts but does not finish 2.5 - UNDER Wood Starts 10.5 - OVER Total Passing TDs 14.5 - OVER Maybin Sacks (OLB) 1.5 - OVER Byrd INTS 4.5 - UNDER Draft pick 2011 spot 5th (over is higher i.e. 4th) - UNDER Maybe I'm an optimist.
  10. A mega contract would likely have to be reached before the trade is made. Why would you trade a 2nd round pick for a guy signed through only next season? Then, do you want to spend that kind of money on a player who has had motivation questions throughout his college and pro career?
  11. Traffic will be hell, but if it means they stay long term so be it.
  12. I like your point, instead of simply knocking the offseason give examples of what should have been done. Truth is there were no viable options at OT in free agency this offseason and their draft pick at #9 offered questionable character in Anthony Davis and questionable talent in Bulaga.
  13. I realize public opinion is going to rest on the side of Thurman, justifiably so. But if someone was saying things publicly about me as the quotes from Thurman show, I don't think I would go out of my way to be his friend either.
  14. Marshall agreed to a four-year deal worth $47.5 million with $24 million guaranteed with the Dolphins after they traded two 2nd round picks and has now has his second hip surgery. I'd love to see this move blow up in the Dolphins face. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...gain/?related=1
  15. Buddy Nix doesn't reach... Locker didn't have a first round grade from the NFL advisory committee
  16. I agree Stupar stays. I hope to see them sign a veteran who can play center/guard, in the McKinney mold, thus opening a roster spot. I agree, I feel Kelsay only makes the team if Schobel does not come back. I like Nic Harris, but he is coming off an injury and just doesn't seem to have a position in this defense. Is Carey Harris playing safety or corner? Regardless I think he gets cut. I could see Lankster making it over Youboty, or making it outright over one of the extra offensive linemen (Calloway?) thus keeping 6 DB's (can never have too many )
  17. I'm not having either problem but the other day someone was having pop-up trouble on the homepage as well. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...24&hl=virus could be related?
