I tried to go the scalping route a few years ago and found if I was planning on going to all or most of the games it was cheaper and more reliable just to get season's in the rock pile or upper deck. An over the top threat isn't absolutely necessary, the use of play action and an intermediate passing game would work. However Lee Evans has been a successful downfield option in the past.

I suppose in technical league terminology he would not be a rookie. What I was referring to is that since he does not have extensive NFL playing experience, or any before 2009, he could be called a "rookie" as that is the definition of the word.
