  1. Dwan Edwards, Andra Davis, Cornell Green. Schobel doesn't count towards this since he was a retirement.
  2. With the news that 2012 picks may not be honored in the event of the draft being canceled, I think trading for future year picks is out.
  3. Wait, is that a bad thing? He's saying he's a football player, not just someone who looks good in the weight room with shorts on.
  4. It's not multiple choice. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonderlic_Test
  5. Mayock's take: http://blogs.nfl.com/2011/03/17/gabbert-answers-questions-about-accuracy/?module=HP_cp2 "He's the first quarterback off the board and it wouldn't surprise me if Carolina takes him at #1."
  6. Don Banks Twitter: Concensus of NFL scouts here on Gabbert: He looked like a franchise QB. Answered the issues about footwork, being under center and accuracy. about 5 hours ago via OpenBeak Early reviews on Gabbert's arm and footwork at his pro day: Very strong, and smooth under center. Gave Carolina something to think about. http://twitter.com/DonBanks
  7. They can't sign a contract until there is a new CBA, when a new CBA is signed it will uphold this years draft. Therefore the rights to those players will be assigned to the drafting team.
  8. I was responding to the notion that the stats presented proved he was a dominant player. I find it hard to consider a player dominant and worthy of a top pick when there is a considerable lack of production against the better teams in his conference. Lucky for us he's probably not going to go the the third team either.
  9. Now run down the teams that he compiled those sack stats against to show the competition that he was dominating: Citadel, East Carolina, Virginia, Georgia Southern, Duke & Boston College while being held sack-less against UConn, GT, Florida State, VT, Miami, North Carolina St. and Pitt in the Bowl game. So in other words he dominated inferior talent. Even looking at QB hurries he didn't put up any stats against those teams. http://www.cfbstats.com/2009/player/457/1017309/miscdefense/gamelog.html
  10. I think there are probably 40 different players that people on these boards make that comment about.
  11. I voted C, but hate Ingram in the 2nd. Replace him with Carimi, Ayers, or Tight End (Rudolph?) and it would be my choice.
  12. Depends on what it costs to get him.
  13. Then again he said they were set at OLB as well during the Senior Bowl.

  15. Athletic freak, ran a 4.4 40 yd dash. Definately do it, may be close, supposedly is labeled as a late 1st-early 2nd round guy. I might not even mind them packaging using one of their 4ths to move up a bit to get him.
  16. I highly doubt this is how the NFL would decide to determine the draft order for 2012 if there is no 2011 season.
  17. The point of adding the two games is to get rid of two of the preseason games. So fans are paying full price for a real game instead of a fake one.
  18. 2005 has to be the worst. The 1st rounder was traded for JP Losman, making Roscoe Parrish the only player who proved to be worth anything, and even that is only as a punt returner and 4th WR. One of favorite training camp memories was Covington body slamming Glen Parker. The McCargo trade was bad, but 2006 also garnered Kyle Williams, arguably the best player on the team.
  19. http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/columns/larry-felser/article359483.ece Quite calamitous to Arizona, who reached the Super Bowl within 3 seasons. Seems pretty obvious, not sure what the point of the article was.
  20. 17th in yards per game. 22nd in QB rating. 27th in completion percentage. tied for 9th in total interceptions despite "playing 3 less games." Also, Rodgers/Cassell/Cutler only played 15 games (Garrard 14), if you're going to add games back for Fitz gotta do it for everyone else. Mediocre to bad.
  21. Because he hasn't done it doesn't mean he can't. It also doesn't make him worth the #3 pick.
